At first when I got them I was not impressed. Because they are relatively short you cannot use them for any large scale movements (i.e. it is good to get an additional set of longer resistance band to expand the repertoir of excercises that you can do). However, with time I learned to love them. The greatest thing about these bands is their portability: you can just pop them into your pocked going for a walk and then turn your walk into a versatile workout. Same for travel - they take close to no space so you can diversify your physical activity when travelling. It may seem weird to some but I got to a point that I keep the heavy band (note these bands are relatively light compared to other sets of resistance bands I own) in my pocket next to my keys and when oportunity arises do a little excercise. Also while in the beggining I though that these are quite limiting because of their length, I realised that with little imagination and watching several Youtube videos, these are incredibly versatile when used right. In summary, I strongly recommend these as it is a cheap way to diversify your physical activity while being very portable. Note however unless you have really good imagination with regards to inventing excercises you should do a bit of reasearch before you can get what you need out of them.

These resistance bands are ideal for a wide range of exercises and offer a suitable range of tension levels. Unfortunately, one of the bands snapped after a few uses, but the rest of the set is still holding up well. Overall, they’re suitable for their intended purpose and handy for home workouts.

Love the quality of the 5 bands and comes with a small sized bag to carry them in. All nice and slick and love the colours. Tested all bands and strenghs are perfect in progression, you can tell the difference and I like the fact its labelled and coloured coordinated. Durability, seems great and have no fear of breaking anytime soon. Cost, very affordable, especially with the amount of use you can get from these over a very long time. Lots of use to come, no doubts. Thank you.

I ordered a set of 5 Hybrid Resistance bands. The price was highly competitive on the Amazon website and delivery was prompt and straightforward. I am pleased with the quality of the item and they have proved extremely useful and versatile within my home workout routine. The quality of the bands is good and I am happy with the range of resistances on offer. At the price on offer and given the range of exercises and the easy portability of the product - particularly when away with no gym, they seem to me to be a no-brainer for a fitness-focussed individual.

Usually I get the set of 3 but I love the fact that there is 5 different strengths. They seem very good quality. The bag is great for storage. They don't go missing as easily. And there is a booklet with sample exercises which is super handy and fits in the bag.
