I buy these a lot for my husband and I just yo stay healthy. We throw it in the mix of our vitamins. It doesnt bother your stomach, doesnt bither sleep patterns, and works just fine. We've not had any issues with them reacting negatively. Theyve been just fine.

Zinc is great for the cold & flu season and for keeping one’s immune system as good as it can get. This type of zinc, OptiZinc, is the “as good as it gets” type of zinc when it comes to a balance of bioavailability and price. There are formulations of zinc which I think are even better (Zinlori is unbeatable), but the price for those is super high for taking every day. So, if you need an extra boost to your immune system (which is tied closely to your digestive system), then definitely consider Zinlori, but for everyday use, I would take this supplement hands down!! Easy to swallow (the pills are skinny cylinders that measure maybe 1cm by 3mm) and inexpensive.
