I purchased this crane for my 3 1/2 year old son, who loves all things related to trucks. The crane is made of plastic, but is a very high-quality plastic that is strong and very realistic-looking. The detail is amazing, and reminds me of the metal toy trucks that I had when I was a young boy. The crane has a working winch and weighted hook, extendable crane arm, rotating crane platform, a tilting cab to reveal the engine, lateral stabilizer arms for the job site, etc. Bruder, the german manufacturer of this product, makes an extensive line of toy construction equipment that should keep young engineers busy for many years to come. Highly recommended.

My 3 year old adores this truck. It is high-quality material that has stood the test of a rough playing toddler. Extremely cool toy with a great design. This is not a cheaply made truck. Has a guide on the rope to keep it from ever getting tangled. Has stabilizers that snap on and off the truck for lifting heavy loads. Has a tool box inside the truck to store small parts. Front of the truck flips over so you can access and fix the engine. Seriously cannot say enough about it. We will never buy another tonka or caterpillar brand construction truck again.

From my 4-year-old: "I like to lift stuff with it. I play construction with it. Play building houses. Play with it with my friends. Play with it with my mom and dad. That's all." Like all Bruder trucks, this one is very well made. The stabilizers don't pull out from under the truck, they're clipped onto the back and you have to slide them into the slots. Getting them back into the clips at the back was harder for my son. The rope to the hook is silvery so it looks sort of like a cable, which is nice. The hook itself is metal and quite heavy. It's been a good physics lesson to figure out that in order to extend the boom, the hook has to be lowered so there is enough rope for the boom to slide out under!

This toy was purchased for our son's 3rd birthday. He's a big fan of construction vehicles, cranes, dump trucks, excavators, etc. He loves the crane and really likes all the working functions, lifting and extending the crane arm, rotating the cab and operating the hook. The metal hook needed to be tied on more securely which was not a big deal. Took off one star because the plastic attachment piece of one of the 4 stabilizers did break. I got this for my son for Christmas and it was a hit. The material is SUPER durable. I’m so impressed with the material, quality, features, and move ability. I’m absolutely buying this brand of construction vehicles in the future for my son. Only downfall is it’s a little too advanced for my 2.5 year old. He loves the tow hook and size but the other cool features he can’t maneuver yet. I might wait till he’s closer to 4 before I buy more.

He said he needed a crane to pick things up. He loves it. Its a substantial kid sized working crane, he can use without help ( much to the disappointment of his dad) Bruder toys are well made, but they will break if you abuse them, Fortunately Bruder sells replacement parts too,

Purchased this as a gift for my son. He played with it all day and my 8 yr old niece played with it as well. It wasn't until a few days later we found even more features with it. It has rubber tires (not plastic), very durable (metal) crane hook, and cool features. My son, who is 5, loves it! The biggest plus for me must be the packaging. I was scissors handed waiting to remove all those heavy wired twist ties that manufactures package toys with. This was a breeze! Don't hesitate, I'd certainly buy another Bruder truck for my son, it was well worth the money paid. Another plus (it doesn't make noise!)

Già ad un rapido esame del prodotto, si vede che si tratta di un pezzo di qualità di cui salta immediatamente all'occhio la differenza rispetto alle cineserie più economiche ... La qualità Bruder si vede innanzitutto nel materiale utilizzato che, pur essendo tutta plastica (ad eccezione del gancio metallico della gru), si presenta bello e robusto, sicuramente un prodotto eterno se utilizzato da mani adulte ma comunque credo abbastanza duraturo anche nelle mani di un bambino. La qualità Bruder si vede anche nella cura del particolare sia a livello visivo (molto curato) che nell'utilizzo, avendo il produttore rispettato tutte le proporzioni della realtà che permettono di giocare ripetendo tutti gli effetti reali dell'utilizzo di un carro gru per movimentazione mezzi e materiali, quali il sollevamento, lo spostamento e il bilanciamento con i quattro stabilizzatori montabili in dotazione che impediscono il ribaltamento del mezzo per eccessivo carico. Il tutto consente, con l'ovvio aiuto e il consiglio di un adulto, di creare situazioni di lavoro davvero molto realistiche. Questo modello è una versione più piccola del modello con Camion Scania e gru Liebherr dello stesso produttore ed è senza luci, senza suoni e con portiere del mezzo non apribili. Il braccio della gru è composto da due tronconi allungabili mediante una rotella fino ad una lunghezza massima di circa 60 centimetri e il gancio è operabile attraverso un dispositivo manuale a manovella con blocco di scorrimento e sgancio per lo scarico rapido (come il mulinello della canna da pesca). La cabina ruota di 360 gradi e può contenere un omino ai comandi (non fornito). Molto soddisfatto io e il bambino ci gioca davvero con piacere Giancarlo

Il n'y a pas de mots pour qualifier les cris de joie de mon fils de bientôt 3 ans quand il l'a vue, c'est vrai qu'il est très bien fait et a l'air solide (je le trouve plus joli en vrai qu'en photo et moins"plastique". Et très surprise car la grue est solide et peut porter chaussures, doudous et autre. Je n'ai pas pris le kit lumière et son, pas indispensable, le jouet se suffit à lui même. Même les adultes apprécient de jouer avec, j'ai eu des commentaires de tous mes invités quand ils l'ont vu... et ils se battent tous pour jouer avec une fois mon fils au lit ! Ravie de cet achat

My sons love it. Very well made. Would be better if outriggers were attached and slid in/out....current design is not very strong and prone to being lost but overall a fantastic product.

Los Reyes Magos le han traído esta grúa a uno de mis hijos. Lleva una semana sin para de jugar con ella, enganchándola a todo lo que ve. Es resistente y bastante realista, y además es del mismo tipo y la misma escala que otros juguetes que ya tenía (excavadora y camión-volquete). Además, es extensible y tiene manivelas para alargar, soltar/subir cuerda, patas para darle mas estabilidad, ruedas, ...
