I have used the Multi Collagen caps for about 3 months now. So far I really like them This is the first collagen capsule I have taken, I have used many powdered versions in the past, and this one had really good reviews so I gave it a shot. I was sick of wasting money on powders that claimed "no flavor" but yet were repulsive. With caps there really is no flavor so no money wasted there. I do feel I have noticed a difference in my skin, hair and nails, which I have only noticed with one other collagen product. It did take about a month to see any difference so definitely give it some time for deciding for yourself. There are also some reviews that say they don't take all 3 recommended caps but I have always taken as directed so I would also say to not take less than recommended if you want to see results within the first month, but everyone is different. I will continue taking these for the price and the fact that I think they do what they say they will.

So far, so great!! I am at the end of my first month of use. My skin is smoother, softer. My hair has had less shedding (I am also using rice water). I haven't been getting regular pedis (due to Covid-19 restrictions) but I noticed that my feet are super soft since taking these regularly. I have tried and failed with other brands (powders). I always forget and the time it takes for powders to dissolve often makes me skip the days I do remember. This however, is really easy. I just take three as soon as I wake up in the morning. I love them. I can't wait to see the results after 90 days. Will update after the 90 day mark.
