I am using this to prevent falling hair. And I found it to be very effective.

Do not use this if you've had a hair transplant. I had mine 6 years ago and I've been using Sebamed and tried this as per my dermatologist recommendation. Literally my hair thinned and fell after the first use. I've since tried 4 times and each time I lose hair which wasn't the case with Sebamed. After a lot of research I found one review on Amazon US of someone else who had the same issue

I started using Ducray Anaphase+ during a period of increased hair shedding, and I’ve been genuinely impressed. After a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed less hair in the shower and on my brush. It lathers well, rinses clean, and doesn’t leave buildup or dryness like many “thickening” shampoos do. My scalp feels balanced, and my hair looks fuller at the roots without feeling heavy or coated. This isn’t an overnight fix, but with regular use, I saw real improvement in density and overall hair strength. Definitely worth trying if you’re dealing with ongoing shedding or thinning. Would repurchase.

Recommended by my dermatologist. There is nothing wrong with the conditioner but if cost is an issue I would make buying the serum the priority, and then next the shampoo. The Ducray Neopeptide Expert Strengthening and Thickening Serum; the Ducray Anaphase+ Shampoo; and the Ducray Anaphase+ Conditioner seem to be helping with my hair loss and improving regrowth but anything like this doesn't work over night so I will update my review if my opinion changes.
