Wash bowl is pretty nice simple to put together. I do suggest buying another hose . The one provided is not the best . If you turn the water pressure up from your sink the hose will fall off the faucet while washing hair . Great investment though

I bought this to wash my 87 year old mothers hair. Assembled in five minutes. Very lightweight. I easily carry it in one hand. Her head fits the depression perfectly. She is 5’ tall and it adjusted down with room to spare. The attachment to the sink faucet worked well. Her faucet was the standard round although, the rubber fitting would probably fit a squared faucet as well. Pops on easier than it pops off which is good I guess because it didn’t leak at all. Wish the spray nozzle had an on off depressor. Have to make sure sprayer is in the basin before turning water on or you spray water as you go from sink to basin. The drain hose doesn’t drain into your sink though. Needs gravity to actually drain the basin. Use a five gallon bucket, the tub or I just let it all collect in the basin and picked it up and poured it into the sink when we were done. It has really made hair washing so much easier. Great purchase.

Ideally; the concept is good. But the hose that I connect to the faucet sprays everywhere. I didn’t end up using it because of time restraints and it made a mess in my bathroom. The hose is faulty.

After going to homedepot that wasn’t friendly I finally came across this hose that is for dishwasher connection but Idc I will find a way to mulituse things. Also this metal shower head and hose came from dollar general which is what finally worked. I also used some plastic from a bag cut a thin layer of it wrapped the part that the head is connected to then connected the metal hose to it to stop the leak & it worked, NO LEAK. I mean I guess just for regular shampoo and conditioner it might be great for you. However I need this to wash out hair colors and especially to wash out bleach from client’s hair, the directions state Not to pour bleach in it. I am a student cosmetologist at the moment. Not sure if I got sent a wrong piece but it if you’re needing it for home use unless you purchase another end cap to fit a house sink. The end cap is like a tiny plunger literally lol I don’t see how or what I’m supposed to hook that up to?

This Shampoo bowls is PERFECT!!!!! I’m soooooooo happy I spent the extra money and got this one! Super sturdy and feels high end compared to other portable shampoo bowls. I will admit that you will need to buy a shampoo cushion to make it comfortable but that’s an easy fix. And for the hose attachment, it didn’t work for but I just attached the hose sprayer to my actual sink attachment and it worked great!! I work with men all day doing dreadlocks and they literally fall asleep when I shampoo their hair. So that says a lot! And these men are big so this shampoo sink can hold some weight!

This was especially fun to use and came in soooo very handy, very quickly! I have used this several times and am very happy with it. I checked out the reviews first and followed some of the advise that was given. I used a commercial mop bucket to allow the water to drain into, I also put a weight on the end of the hose so that it will stay down in the bucket. It also allows me to adjust the basin and tighten enough to stay put when someone is leaning their head against it. I use an old adjustable desk chair for seating, so that it can be moved up or down depending on who needs to get shampooed. For children, I have put a pillow on the seat of the chair as some may be a little shorter than others :0) .... ultimately, I am a happy camper! Even with how and where I set this up, it still ends up being a good experience for me and the person I am shampooing. This video is for a dread-loc detox, which typically is a 20-30 minute process...long story short - my friend had no complaints and was comfortable through the process!
