Turning Pizza Peel with 35" Long Beech Handle, Round Aluminum 8 inch Pizza Paddle for Gas and Electric Pizza Ovens

Bought this to replace a short-handled peel for our wood burning pizza oven. This works exactly as intended and breaks down for easy storage. Great value for the money, as many of the other options were more expensive. I appreciate the wood handle as it keeps your hands cool (doesn't transfer heat like a metal handle would).

I bought this to use in my ooni Koda 16. It does a terrific job. I liked that it could be extended, but it’s unnecessary for the Koda 16. I wasn’t sure if I’d need it. But I certainly did/do. You definitely need to practice the movements a little for turning. Overall very please with this turner.

biiiiig fan of this peel ... if you’re having trouble w a turning peel like this , it’s with out a doubt a technique problem than product problem ; once i was able to get the motion right on the turns , it came super easy . great product this is , perfect length for my oven as well .

This paddle works good but I did not give it 5 stars only because the handle tends to unscrew and become loose. I imagine a little locktite would do the trick.

It’s most likely not thé best or strongest long peel but very light weight end compact and works easy. You can’t work inside the pizza oven with a long handle with a heavy peel.

Bought this to turn pizzas in our Ooni pizza oven. Works great, definitely a must have for your wood fired oven. I like that the handle can be removed for storage, but it also came on a little leather lanyard so we hang it on the wall.

If you have a pizza oven in your backyard like we do, you will find the Turning Pizza Peel to be your best friend! Great for the deeper outdoor set up. Well made and easy to clean.

The rivets stick out too far and it tears the pizza when trying to turn. I would recommend buying one that doesn’t have exposed rivets
