Hydrating and made my skin so plump and bouncy within minutes. Plus the amount is really good. It’s viscous like a serum but light like a toner as in it doesn’t weigh the skin down. It’s most similar to an essence but the benefits are amazing. You can use this as a toner, serum, or essence depending on your skin needs.
