I suffer periodically from sciatica. I was recommended to try this by someone who uses it nightly. There is no smell and it looks just like w3ater but dont be fooled it is very effective. Squirt 3 or 4 times into your palm and rub into the affected area before going to bed. It eases the whole area and used regularly will certainly reduce if not remove the inflamation. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting this to have any effect on my aching legs at night so was pleasantly surprised. Have used it for a couple of weeks or so with no reoccurrence.

Restless legs at night were driving me mad while I was off my normal meds during pregnancy, this allowed me to sleep, thank you! Honestly it's a life saver.

Seems like good quality, but didn't notice any benefits from using it - besides a greasy feeling foot.
