Like audio graduate school in a book. Very dense but easy to understand if you try. I've been in the sound business for over 20 years so I know my way around a sound system. He still manages to explain concepts I already understand in a way that made me see them in a new light. Plus there is a lot of next level shit that's kinda blowing my mind. Highly recommended. Great companion to Smaart.

This book is absolutely fantastic. It can be a slog at times, but only because there's so much useful information to take in. Definitely worth the price.

Lots of knowledge is contained in tis book. You should have a little experience with basic physics, especially waves and electricity. This is not a book for dummies. The author keeps the information flowing and keeps explanation as brief as possible. This is a good thing due to the sheer scope of the knowledge presented.

This book gives a complete view of the aspects involving public address sound system design and optimization. The author covers basics concepts, tools and real world examples. Some basic knowledge of sound systems is highly recomended.

Good book to use with courses in college. Nice to have as a reference.

Ce fut un cadeau et celui qui l'a reçu était ravi car ce livre est, me semble-t-il, considéré comme une Bible par les pros du son. Il vaut mieux maîtriser l'anglais et le sujet pour lire un pavé comme celui-là qui ne s'adresse vraiment pas à des néophytes.

Tolles Werk! Tolles Buch, am Anfang ist man allerdings erst einmal etwas erschlagen von der Informationsdichte. Man muss seinen Weg durch das Buch finden. Einfach von vorne nach hinten lesen, kann sehr lange dauern und ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das der richtige Weg wäre.
