A+++ for this shampoo!!! MINUS F for the Amazon quality control department!!! I have used this product for over 38 years and have never deviated to another shampoo. My hair has been colored for the same amount of time & this product was recommended initially by a professional colorist. Traite is the finest product on the market, and Mastey was the very first company to introduce a Sulfate-Free shampoo to the market. I have waist-length hair, thick and luxurious, and receive many compliments. My hairdressers can't believe I've colored my hair for almost four decades. You will never be unhappy with any Mastey product. My issue is with AMAZON shipping. I have ordered this product on Prime a few times without any issues. The problem with my latest order is that I ordered two products as a two-pack (4 bottles total) showing the product including the pumps, as the product is shown on their website. The price was $57.51 for each 2-pack. My order arrived on the expected day, but it only had two bottles of shampoo, and they were not packaged as a 2-pack, nor did they arrive with pumps (just with flip-caps). I requested a replacement, but when I went to drop off the package, I was advised by an Amazon rep to contact customer service to get exactly what I ordered. I called Amazon customer service, and I explained what happened. The rep looked up my order, and clearly, I ordered two of the 2-packs, showing them with pumps as pictured. She said she understood my frustration and would rectify the situation by sending me the products I ordered. Well, I don't have to tell you that Amazon customer service screwed up that order as well. I didn't receive my order as a 2-pack, and again they came without pumps. I'm sure this wouldn't have bothered me 38 years ago, but now I am old and arthritic. This shampoo is a very thick cream, and I have difficulty holding and squeezing the bottle as it is both heavy and I'm weak. The pumps make it easy to enjoy this fantastic product. I reuse the pumps when I can, but they don't last forever. Amazon, this is an expensive shampoo for which I gladly pay to have! It would be even better if you carried the gallon size. Can you provide what I ordered? Keeping my fingers crossed that I finally get what I ordered.

This is a wonderful shampoo. I have used it for years. It is great for dry scalp and itchy scalp as well. It is also a wonderful body wash. It smells wonderful and is great.

I have been using this shampoo for more than 25 years. It has always been excellent. This shampoo is so gentle on my hair and skin. A hair dresser first recommended this shampoo because I was having problems with dandruff and dry scalp. Since using this shampoo I have not had any of the problems that I had in the past (flaking, dandruff, itching) and I have tried all kinds of shampoo. Amazon has made it easy for me to get this shampoo. Before I used to go from beauty supply store to beauty salons with times of never finding a retailer that offered it. Most have never heard of it and would say that I should try something else. Now whenever I need it I can get it with no hassle or problems. I realize that this may cost a little more that ordinary shampoos but I highly recommend it for anyone with scalp or skin problems.

I have been using this shampoo for years and really love it. However, the packaging is a problem. The plunger does not work properly, especially when the shampoo is 2/3 gone. I have to remove it and just try and shake some into my hand. They really need to provide another cover or adjust the plunger. I don't know if I will continue to use this product if they don't correct the problem. It is just too much work to get the shampoo out of the bottle.

Been using this shampoo for decades and the BEST ever. Recently after moving to a colder climate, I too had problems with it being watery. I figured out that it had gotten too cold in delivery, maybe even frozen, and separated. Tried a couple of things - like the whisking, but like other reviewers that didn't work either. Finally hit on what I do to re-emulsify a broken pastry cream - gentle heat and stirring. Worked like a charm! Key is LOW heat, SLOWLY heat, and GENTLE stirring while both heating and cooling. Heat to just until it becomes liquid. Remove from heat and SLOWLY & GENTLY stir about every 5-10 min during cool down. May take some time depending on how much you're heating, and how warm your kitchen. Do not overheat, and do not whisk. Took me about an hour of cooling for a 16oz bottle. It will thicken, and finally set up. It's too hard to get back in the bottle then, but I just put it in a plastic container with lid and scoop out as needed.

This is the absolute best shampoo. I have been using it for at least 25-30 years.
