I purchased the Purify Life Occipital Release Tool and it has been a great addition to my self-care routine. The design perfectly supports the neck and targets pressure points at the base of the skull. After just a few minutes of use, I could feel my neck muscles relaxing and tension easing. It’s sturdy, well-made, and holds its shape without feeling too hard or uncomfortable. I especially like that it helps with tension headaches and stiffness from long hours of phone and computer use. It’s easy to use—just lie down and let gravity do the work. Great value for the price and much more affordable than frequent massage appointments. I was skeptical, but this simple release tool is the best I’ve ever used for neck tension and TMJ. It’s firm enough to really dig in and also tolerable to use for long enough to really help. I can apply additional pressure by tiring my head slightly and really digging in. I felt relief after one 10 minute session. Love this thing! Might save me tons of money in treatment in the long run (massage, mouth guards, etc).

I never write reviews for products, but I had to for this. Since using this, I don’t have to pop Advil/Tylenol constantly, I’m sleeping better and I’m in an overall better mood. I purchased this as a last ditch effort one night when I couldn’t sleep due to pain and I’m so glad I did.
