Beautiful! Replacement handles and spout for an existing Moen faucet only. Does not include the water mixer mechanism. Also looks like it has a drain popper on it but that is decorative only which we knew both of these details when purchased. Used this on our jacuzzi tub, and the faucet is a bit short to go over the edge, but when water is on it does arc into tub. It is an easy way to update an gold and chrome faucet although a bit pricey. But we found it necessary to buy the same brand already installed so we dont have to replace the "innard workings" of faucets when replacing shower and tub faucets.

This faucet is reasonably priced compared to the other Moen products with the oil-rubbed finish. Several faucets are in the $300 - $400 range! I was able to remove the old (brass) Moen faucet and knobs without turning the water off. That was great because the jacuzzi did not have shut-off valves inside the access panel. I would have had to turn it off for the whole house. The instructions are good for the installation process, but no help in taking apart the old faucet/knobs. That is not surprising given that everyone would have something different. I was able to remove the valve stems from the old knobs, position each new stem inside the existing valve, hacksaw 4 of the 7 height adjustment sections off that internal stem (as shown in the instructions), then slide the new knob over the remaining portion of that stem. Tightened everything down. No runs, no leaks, no errors!

Quality Moen fixture, but wasn't compatible with my existing plumbing valves. I wasn't in a position to redo the existing plumbing to work with this fixture. Therefore returned this item The purchase and the return transactions went smoothly Very good looking faucet handles and spout.

The faucet Moen T4943NB Brantford faucet is attractive and easy to install. It is compatible with the most common Moen valve kits, which is a definite plus if you're replacing a Moen. All I had to do prepare for my install was remove my old faucet and trim a little plastic down to the right length (the handle bases are shorter than the ones being replaced). The set screw for the faucet was a little small, so I ended up using the one from my old faucet. This faucet is significantly quieter than my original, contractor-grade faucet. The action on the handles is smooth, as you'd expect. The only issue I have is that I can't seem to get away from the fingerprints and water spots. Most of my brushed nickel fixtures have the same problem, although I've come across a few products with a clear coat that helps prevent that. We replaced our ugly gold Moen tub faucet with this one. The finish is very nice and the look is perfect. Anyone looking for an easy upgrade should consider this faucet. Also purchased the Moen T90331ORB drain which is the matching drain for the faucet. Hint: if you have the long sprinkler shut off valve key (with the U on the end), it works great getting the old drain out and the new drain in. Save on renting a tool.

I recently purchased the new Moen bathroom faucet, and while I was initially excited about its sleek design and modern features, I’ve unfortunately encountered an issue. After 3 weeks of installation and barely use it, the faucet started leaking from the spout, which is disappointing given Moen’s reputation for quality. Unfortunately, I noticed a persistent drip coming from the spout. It’s not a constant flow but a noticeable drip that continues even after turning off the water. This is frustrating, as I expected better from Moen. I’m hopeful that this is an isolated case and that Moen’s customer service will resolve the problem. However, based on this experience, I’d recommend caution to others considering this faucet, as a leaking issue like this should not happen with a brand known for quality. I’ll update my review once the issue is resolved, but for now, I can’t give it a full recommendation.

The faucet is beautiful & sturdy, but the description is misleading. This is the Garden Tub faucet which has a shorter spout than the Roman Tub faucet. The product pictured in the box in a previous review, shows the difference - see the cut out for the longer spout? Only deducting for this issue, as I have to now return & order the other one. My fault for not reading the spec sheet first, but the product description is incorrect.
