This is the second one of these cases I have ordered for my 13" MacBook Pro. My first one held up very well for a year before it succumbed to the small crack in the corner catching on the edge of my backpack when I took it out to go through airport security on a recent trip. The little feet on the bottom have just enough grip to make your laptop feel very stable on the surface you set it on, which is really nice - and the matte finish to the case looks really professional. It is not opaque, but slightly translucent, which I really like, but if you would prefer to not see the Apple glowing from underneath the case this one probably isn't for you. It fits the computer exactly and goes on hassle free - though if you have a stick-on protector over the bezel and keyboard areas it can be tricky to click the case on without disturbing the sticker. Personally, I do not use the included keyboard protector - I feel like they move when I type and slightly hinder the laptop's ability to fully close. It fits the keyboard great and it's more of a personal preference about how it feels to type with it on than any issue with the product whatsoever. I will say that if you want to reduce the amount of noise from hitting the keys on your keyboard, they do help. Your backlit key letters/numbers will not show through the protector although the edge backlighting is still faintly visible. I plan on sticking with these cases for my computer and will likely buy again when this one gives out - it's a worthwhile and minor investment for protecting my computer and I feel like they look good and function well.

I ordered this black case and hoping for a nice Matte color finish, and that is exactly what I hoped for. Let me start by saying that I really enjoy this cover and I am satisfied that they have included a keyboard cover! It makes typing at night a lot quieter, although it is going to take some time to get used to. As a mobile DJ I require something that sleek and protective. This enclosure is made from a really good quality. I got a 100% fit into my laptop. The nice finish that it has can protect our laptops from scratches! Furthermore, the bottom of this hard case has vents to release heat build up when using the laptop. I would like to mention that I pair this case with a program called smcFanControl. This program helps by increase you internal fan speed to help cool it down. Likewise, it reads the internal temperature so you can be wise to not overheat your precious laptop. Here are a couple reasons why give this product five stars: 1. lightweight and fits my MacBook Pro 13 inch perfectly. 2. the matte finish on this material is really pretty. 3. the price of this product is well worthy. 4. the bonus keyboard cover was a nice addition 5. the quality of this item is superb Overall, I would say this is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone! You can't beat the price. I love love love this case and my girlfriend enjoys it as well. It was a definitely a great purchase. Thank you for making a quality product. For reference, I bought the Airy Blue color from this listing and the Turquoise color from another listing from this same brand. There’s nothing wrong with the case. It’s great and I actually really love it. I love that it isn’t transparent when the laptop is closed but when open, you can easily see the Apple logo shining through it. I was afraid it wouldn’t be visible since the case is so opaque but it works perfectly. However, I ordered another case from this same brand (IBENZER) and it was slightly different and just feels better. It was easier to put on, feels a lot more substantial, has a better screen protector, and even has the brand name etched very small into the bottom of the protector which makes it look more branded and high-end, and it makes it very easy to tell what side is up. It just looks higher quality overall. And for the same price, I’d recommend buying that one. The first and second photos are of THIS listing (the blue case), the third and fourth photos (the turquoise case) are of the other case I got from this same brand. The fifth and final picture is of them side by side. You can see the logo etched into the turquoise case. I’m not sure how much of the difference you can see in photos but it definitely *feels* more substantial and higher quality. I purchased this case after my previous case, the "Mosiso - Aqua Blue 2-in-1 Rubberized Hard Case + Keyboard Cover for Apple MacBook Pro 15.4" with Retina Display Model" finally broke (due to no fault of the case itself--I broke it when it was off of my computer). I liked that case and keyboard cover combination, so I was tempted to get it again, but I thought I'd try this one because it was the same price and had slightly better reviews. I have a mid-2014 MacBook Pro with Retina (as suggested by iBenzer, I checked the model number on the back of the computer: A1398) and I purchased the "Macbook Pro 15" with retina" turquoise case. The case fits perfectly--it was relatively easy to put on, and I don't think it will come off unless I really try. The color is very pretty and appears as advertised in the photo, a beautiful Tiffany blue. The keyboard cover matches the case very well. This case is almost the exact same quality as the Mosiso case; however, if I had to choose one, I'd say the iBenzer is slightly better. The rubber foot pads on the Mosiso fell off after a few months, but the iBenzer foot pads are made of a sort of memory foam and feel much more secure--I'd be surprised if they ever fall off. The iBenzer case is slightly more opaque; I can't see the Apple logo unless it's lit up, but I actually prefer this look, although that's totally personal preference (I have the turquoise, other colors might be different). The keyboard cover also feels a bit more sturdy than the Mosiso, which was developing a few minor tears after a year. As far as keyboard covers go, some people say they don't like the feel, but I've always preferred the feel of the cover, and I imagine you can pretty quickly get used to it if you've never tried it before. I've had a keyboard cover on my current MacBook basically since the day I got it, and it has kept my keyboard in like-new condition. I sometimes eat while I'm on my computer, and my old computer had tons of crumbs caught between the keys. The keyboard cover is really easy to clean with soap and water in the sink, so this is never a problem for me anymore. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase, and I think the price is very fair. Four stars instead of five because I'm not totally over the moon about how great it is, but it's a nice case that I think will adequately protect my computer.

The iBenzer – 2 in 1 Soft-Touch Hard Plastic Case is great for any MacBook user looking for a case to protect there computer along with a keyboard cover. The case is very well made to protect your computer and the keyboard cover does a great job at keeping the dirt out of the keyboard. It has held up very well with minimal wear and tear with constant use and travel in and out backpack. I bought the grey case that fits a MacBook Pro 15” with retina display and it fits my computer perfectly at a very low price. The case came in many different color options for every style of MacBook with matching silicon keyboard cover. The process of putting on the case was a lot easier than expect because it just simply snapped on the computer and the keyboard cover just laid over the keyboard. However there are a few things that you need to be careful about before you order. The case will not fit the old MacBook’s with the silver keyboards or new 15” MacBook Pros. There is however two things that I am not a fan of the keyboard cover and case. While the keyboard cover is great at keeping dirt out of the keyboard it does make it harder to type effectively. The case on the other hand was glossy and nice but like most people I wanted to add a sticker or decal to it. I had to first sand the gloss to ruff it up to get the decal to adhere to the plastic surface. Besides those two issues the iBenzer case and keyboard cover package was a great buy for how protective and heavy duty it is at such a low price. I would recommend this case keyboard cover combo to a friend especially with all the possible color and size options available!

2.5 YEAR UPDATE: Each case has lasted me about a year. A the “year” marker it usually has chips around on the corners, the finish is slowly peeling back on the edges, and the keyboard cover is 90% transparent on the most used keys, like the space bar. Back in 2018 we accidentally ordered 3 of these cases instead of 1 🤣 but I don’t regret that a bit! I’ve loved each and every one. I’ve been a college student since 2018, so my laptop gets a LOT of use, so this wear and tear was expected. I will continue ordering these cases, but possibly another color in the future... Just to switch things up. 😉 My wife absolutely loves this laptop cover. If there's ever an option to purchase the keyboard cover separately, we'd love that as the keyboard cover is just showing a bit of wear on the space bar (which is to be expected over time) but too much visible wear will prompt us to get another. UPDATE: I use my laptop daily (I'm a college student and it travels with me in my backpack, purse, and around the house...) and it has just recently in the past few weeks begun to show obvious signs of wear (other than the keypad cover- that shows wear just a couple of months in, especially on the space bar). The actual shell case has begun chipping on the corners... I know this is due to sitting inside the laptop pocket inside my backpack, and then setting my backpack down on the ground. I don't set it down carelessly, but setting a laptop *with a case on it* inside a backpack down on a hard surface or ground will cause it to break or weaken over time... That's just to be expected unless it's a case that is meant to live on forever and ever. Because I love this case so much (it's SO CUTE) I'll be getting another one. 8 months of continuous use is pretty great in my opinion. I wish I could last a little longer, but it's too be expected. The case is very nice looking. The color is perfect, and the "soft skin" aspect is really cool. It is just what I wanted in terms of looks. It was easy to put on my computer, and I really liked that they sent an email to make sure I had the correct model before the package even arrived and had been opened. I love the look and feel of my computer now in this case. The keyboard cover is excellent. Fits very well and I replaced the old cover I had on it, and that is great because my old keyboard cover left a film on my retina screen. This one does not, and is soft and easy to type on. I really like the that the case and keyboard match now. This would've been a five star review. My problem is with the edge of the case on the keyboard sticks out so when I am typing on it, it rubs against the bottom of my forearms and it is highly irritating. The plastic of the case grates against my skin and I tried to ignore it, but it was too aggravating against my skin. I may have to put some kind of tape on it to cover the edge. This part of the case ruined it for me, even though it is what I wanted. I will continue to use it but will have to make adaptions. EDIT: After rereading my review and the other reviews, I noticed 99% of them are paid for reviews. THIS was NOT paid review, I bought this thing full price, so this is a true consumer opinion.
