Is this gluten free. i have celiac disease and need to be sure. i saw hydrogenated vegetable oil , what is the source?

Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee that any of our products are gluten free. We purchase ingredients from various suppliers, and they can change the origin for each ingredient at any time.
