Great for trans men too
I'm a trans man, female to male. I used this to protect my testosterone induced bottom growth from abrasion during its hypersensitive newly grown phase. It also works well as a packer and is the right size to look believably like ordinary flaccid male genitalia when worn underneath pants. I don't bother with the bottom strap and just hook the bottom strap around the side strap instead. It's cheap, easy to keep clean, easy to put on, and doesn't fall apart. It's actually much better than the FTM trans packers available on Amazon, and you can wear it underneath any sort of underwear. I have no idea how well it actually works as a sports cup for cisgender men because I don't use it for that purpose.

It's like Fort Knox for your... you know!
Bratla cricket abdominal guard with strap: It's like Fort Knox for your... you know. Wearing this thing, you'll feel so secure, you might be tempted to challenge a speeding cricket ball to a duel. It's the ultimate confidence booster for any batsman facing down a fast bowler who looks like he ate nails for breakfast. The strap? Think of it as a seatbelt for your valuables. It keeps everything snug and in place, even during the most, uh, spirited innings. You'll be so well-protected, you might even start volunteering to field in silly point. Comfort-wise? Let’s just say "adjustments" were frequent, and running felt more like an interpretive dance. But hey, it took a direct hit and left me with nothing more than a bruised ego. Just make sure that you wear it on top of your underwear, not in direct contact with your skin. If you value your... ahem... comfort and want to avoid any awkward moments on the pitch, this guard is a no-brainer. 4/5 stars. Would recommend, and maybe wear it to other potentially hazardous situations, like family gatherings.

Almost perfect
Almost perfect guard. The lower strap does not have a Velcro and needs to be tucked in which at times gets loose

not a lot of room
First of all, this is a cup with a thong strap, which I liked. The waistband is adjustable, but the middle strap or "thong" is not adjustable, this is a big flaw to me. The cup just sort of hangs there because the back thong strap is too long (for me). This brings me to the actual cup. It didn't have enough volume to cover my package. I would find that this would be very devastating if you took a hard blow to the groin. The cup just didn't have enough of a profile, or volume to contain my package. Even when worn over compression shorts or tight underwear my berries were always coming out the sides. The best way I was able to get myself covered was by wearing it over a very tight jockstrap and I still had overflow (it didn't cover the berries). This would be detrimental if I took even the slightest tap to the groin. So overall not the best protective cup because of the small coverage, no depth or volume to the cup and the back strap is not adjustable and way too long.
