Much easier for my kid than having a car seat. The headrests help keep the seatbelt down to where it needs to be. This is my second one, and am happy with both.

i found this through a friend, who also purchased them for his kids. It works great for my kids who are now big enough to not sit in car seats. Now, i don't have to worry about my kids do not have support and swing around in the back while sleeping.

There is a bar that goes between the head rests that stick out and is very uncomfortable for your child in their seat depending on their height I am guessing. Mine is over 50inches and his head it right above the bottom part of the head rest thus hitting the back of the head at the non-cushioned area.

This definitely was a game changer for my son when he fell asleep in the car. It keeps his head off the window. My son is 10 and 5 foot his head fits directly in between the pads. I like that they can be kept up or down and aren't mounted in a permanent position where it would interfere with another passenger.

I had mine for two months before one of the arms broke off.

Lightweight and easy to install. During the road trip it was amazingly comfortable and supportive. No more waking from awkward neck positions! Could make or get a padded slip over "pillow" for them but I don't think that would make it more comfortable really.

It’s a must for travel.

The concept of this product is great and exactly what I was looking for but it didn't work at all. Couldn't get the tension to work and connect properly. When I thought it finally held, just the slightest pressure made the whole unit fall apart, literally in pieces. Wouldn't recommend this brand.

Product is good but I ordered the beige color for my BMW beige seats but they sent black one, did not get time to return the product hence accepted.

Looks good aesthetically but the two sides are too spaced out and short to hold child’s head properly when asleep.

Product is very good but still a bit high for kids’ height. It barely supports their head. Would be nice if it had a lowering option.

It is fitted under tension, don’t know how long it will last !

Hi, I am not able to find way to fix neck support which has come out on one side Is there a user manual or support guide to fix it overselves? Can you provide a link which can explain assembly of side neck support in simple steps?
