I was losing my hair in the front it was often brittle & breaking especially while I was perimenopausal. I discovered this about a year ago after I was in full menopause & my hair was getting worse. I took it the 1st two months & didn't see or feel much change. After the third month, and still to this day, my hair is so much stronger & is growing very quickly. Love this product! It Works great. On my second bottle and I've already noticed a difference in my hair fall, fingernails seem to be getting stronger. Also my joints are starting to hurt less. It Has no aftertaste and with a subscription I don't have to remember to order every month.

I just finished my first bottle of capsules and I don't know if it works or not. Months ago, I tried liquid collagen and saw some improvement but it was too expensive. I'm taking 3 capsules a day on an empty stomach and really hoped my joints (knees) would feel better but that hasn't happened. People talk about improvements in hair growth and skin suppleness and fingernail strength but I've seen absolutely none of that. I'll keep taking the capsules for another month and hope for better results. Now that I have used this product for several months, I have found that it really does work. My nails grew out and were so nice for about 2 weeks. Then they all broke off as if someone had cut them! My knees were not feeling cured by any means but they felt better than before so I tried only taking 2 pills a day instead of 3. Two days later, my left knee really hurt and it's not been hurting before! Back to 3 a day and my left knee is happier. Since I don't have a magic wand, I guess I'll keep taking these capsules.

I like taking capsule form, but think label should say Peptides or Hydrolyzed to compare ingredients and to ensure that is what you are receiving. I do wish there were more protein, but I am sticking with this product. I do wonder how there is no marine ingredients, when comparing product ingredients.

Good supplement so far. I take the recommended dose of 3 per day. I've only been taking for about a month but I just started noticing that my skin is looking better especially my arms. They always look old and wrinkled because of my age but they really do look and feel better lately. They are capsules and and quite easy to swallow. I haven't really noticed if my hair is thicker or longer but I bought them for skin. Good value.
