Very potent - raw mineral and no sweeteners. They are quite large, and crunch easily if you want to chew and sublingual, rather than swallow. - Do have a mineral taste - because they are mineral ! But the effect is instant and amazing - from that salt/electrolyte loss dopiness, to fully awake - and an increased sensation in the toes - and now updated to say "life saving" as well - as I was almost blacking out - chewed one - and instant immediate recovery effect. Good product, does what is supposed to do. As a lot of people have mentioned, the tablets are quite large and I can see how some people might have a problem swallowing them. I personally don't have a problem as I can swallow them okay with a glass of water so these are good value for money for me. I take 1 a day or 2 if I have exercised a lot.

I'm currently on Mounjaro and find it difficult to get in all the right daily nutrients to keep my body in top condition. I had been getting some palpitations, likely due to not being hydrated enough and read that an electrolyte imbalance was the likely culprit. From day 3 onwards, I haven't had any palpitations whatsoever and feel more relaxed and hydrated. They are quite large, salty tablets, so getting them washed down quickly is a must. There is 180 in a tub so 6 months worth of product which I find to be spot on for the price. I haven't had any side effects that some others have experienced and I take it first thing in the morning with glass of water. It's so much easier than mixing satchets or dissolving tablets into water a couple of times a day. 5 * product for me!

I do indeed use these on a daily basis and I think they are working as intended. Warning to people thinking about buying this - THE PILL IS MASSIVE! I have gagged like 3 times attempting to swallow it, I advise people who are prone to chocking or have very sensitive gag reflex to consider something smaller or break it in half and consume.

I've been taking daily for two weeks - no more gastly night feet cramps - I'd like to think that maybe, just maybe it's the pills - worth a try.

I bought these to replenish Electrolytes after sport & activity to avoid drinking high sugar/calorie drinks such as Lucozade Sport, needed to replenish essential minerals lost via intensive sport, manage weight and avoid weakness the following day. The intent is to dissolve in my coffee or bottled water, however, while most supplements put into my coffee dissolve completely, these do not and that shows that the tablet is full of caking agents & fillers. The tablet is exceptionally difficult to break up to aid the dissolution process and the bottom of the cup is left full of gritty garbage that the human body probably can't digest effectively. Uploaded image had approx 20% of tablet, in large mug of coffee. 1/2 tablet leaves more grit and dries into a caked sludge at bottom of the mug. Given the large size of the tablet, I have to ask if the additional bulking agents are really necessary, it's not exactly easy to swallow and one tablet is a dose, not half a tablet or less. I'd strongly suggest removing the unnecessary additives & bulk, reducing the size & weight of product & packaging, its current size and composition doesn't make the product more attractive to buy; quite the contrary.

I was doing intermittent fasting and was always very thirsty and tired no matter how many litres of water I drank a day. A friend said I needed electrolytes. So I googled which ones were the best. Because who knows what is in a product and may be it’s full of fillers ect. Theses ones were in the high rateings and the amount and price was brilliant. One purchase and 6 months supply was a cracking deal. First day I tried them I was not thirsty all day and didn’t Feal tired it made my intermittent fasting so much easier thank you to the people who make them and the people who reviews them
