I ordered 3 of these posters! I got the stretching, body-weight exercises and resistance band posters. Ive been catering the workouts to what makes sense for me. Some days I’ll do some of each. Other days, Ill feel like specializing on a particular body part which each poster has. Ive gotten several different workout routines going between the three posters and am enjoying doing it at my own pace. Ive always been a gym girl, going has made me work out harder, or so I thought. So many exercises and stretches I have forgotten throughout the years. Having more aches and pains with age these are all as gentle or aggressive as you choose. I especially love the full body stretching poster. Still working on finding comparable household items to use for the body weight exercises. I don’t have the resistance bands as pictured in photos but have been able to compensate similar exercises with the rubber bands I do use. I appreciate the fact that they are split up into full body then individual body parts! Keep them in bedroom with the yoga mat and the rubber bands and its a no brainier! The biggest things for me when assessing a product is the quality, well made or not? Does it function as stated. Would get 5 stars for The contain of the poster. Photos are good to illustrate moves, but it gets 3 stars from me because for $21 it should be laminated. It is just paper stock weight paper. I ended up taping the poster to a PROJECT DISPLAY BOARD and it now works great. Stands up on its own so I can look at while doing exercises and then fold up when I am done and store stafely.

Perfect addition to the gym room!
