...it arrived with no spigot. I've had several of these (Coleman and Arrow models), use it in place of a water tank/faucet in my RV, refill it often from a hose or whatever water source. I've used these for years, after awhile algae will start to form, I wash with peroxide when that occurs. After a couple of years of use, my last [Arrow] one cracked so I ordered this one. This is the first of this particular Arrow model I've had, and I can't believe how much easier it is to carry with TWO handles (one at the front and one on the top), makes a BIG difference. [Please see update at the end.] When I bought this it was listed as sold by NY Discounts. I was disgusted to be missing the spigot, but I still had the spigot from my old one, so I used that. I didn't want to go to the bother of returning it. Anyway, I emailed NY Discounts to let them know I'd received the dispenser sans spigot, perhaps Arrow shipped it without the spigot, who knows. I thought the company might want to know about it and take steps to make sure it wasn't repeated, AND, I hoped they'd send me a spigot. Anyway, no reply, annoying. I guess I should have handled it through Amazon, who've always been helpful. Note: What I should've done was leave the seller negative feedback under the "Leave Seller Feedback" link provided from the Order Summary page, duh. NOW, the item is shown as sold by Etailz and fulfilled by Amazon, but I thought I'd tell you of my experience, for what it's worth. Best water dispenser I've found! UPDATE: The dispenser cracked after about six months of use. I banged it against the counter accidentally- wanted to let you know that the plastic is brittle, not malleable, and will crack if banged against something. When the new one came, it came with the dispenser, yay, but inexplicably only a faint trickle of water came out of it. I thought it was faulty, but discovered that somehow or other the paper lining inside the large cap at the top of the dispenser was creating suction that prevented water from flowing out the spigot. I removed it, and now it works perfectly. What a great dispenser!

It’s been 2 months of use and it has a split in it! Had just filled with drink mix last night and woke up to find it leaked through to the floor under the fridge and down into our basement! This was more expensive than some that we have had in the past, thought it would be better quality! Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it! Very disappointed!

We purchased 10 of these. We bottle our filtered water and keep on the in fridge and the others on a shelf in the root cellar. First time we used 4 of them the spigot leaked. I have sent an email to the mfg to request replacement spigots. I will update if/when I hear back. Other than that leaking issue, we are very happy with the product. If the mfg will replace those spigots, then I will upgrade to 5 star. Accidentally ordered 2, but ended up with one that was cracked, so I lucked out and was credited for the damaged one. So far I've had it for about 2 months now and it works great. I have enough to leave the top unscrewed a few threads to allow the air balance to keep from getting a vacuum lock, but outside of,that it works very well. I use it for my filtered water in the fridge to have cold water on hand and does not develop a plastic taste like some others. Plastic is slightly in the flimsy and thin side but so far it has held up ok. Wish it had a vent on top to allow the air to balance out, but maybe the next version may. I would even pay more for it if it did.

Huge fan! We have several very large (10gallon) water jugs that we keep in our home but they're far too big to store in the fridge so this little dude is a lifesaver! Especially in these hot summer months! It fits perfectly on our shelving, tucked out of the way and I also love the extra large spout at the top to make filling easy. I DO second that the spout pours abit slow or weakly but honestly if it only takes a few second to fill a liter water bottle of mine, I'm not really sure why everyone is so impatient. It's not like my damned arm hurts from holding onto a cup for afew extra seconds. XD

I like the size and shape and was exactly what I was hoping for initially. Unfortunately, for whatever reason as this has never happened with prior plastic water dispensers, the hot tap water I used to clean it was apparently just a bit too hot and caused a slight warp in the plastic. It’s not unusable obviously but it also doesn’t sit perfectly flat on the countertop even when completely full and that’s a bummer. I could understand warping if it had been boiling water but this was just really hot tap water. Since I’ve used their products before though, I’m chalking it up to a one-off less-than-perfect single item or just bad luck. I would still recommend the product would would also recommend, even to myself, being more mindful that things aren’t always made the same way they used to be and to exercise temp caution.

Love the fact it not only has a spout to get water out, you can screw it off to help clean inside of it... 2 handles to carry...

Me encantó, no tiene fugas y el tamaño es perfecto, cabe donde sea y la capacidad es suficiente, la calidad-precio me parece la mejor en comparación a otras que he visto, ampliamente recomendado.

Se rompen con facilidad, no soportan el peso del agua, se doblan de los lados, los movía para llenarlos de agua y cuando lo regresé a superficie lisa sin ningún tipo de superficie que pudiera dañar, se rompieron los dos, se agujeraron de los lados y de abajo, el plástico es muy delgado

The container looked good in pictures however I returned it due to leaks and small holes which would not hold water, very poor and would never recommend to anyone!

The corners dent easily. Really wish it didn’t cost so much for the lack of durability, but it works well enough for now.
