Bought this for my shop when we started doing smog checks. Works perfectly, good quality product, never had an issue in the three years we have had it and done thousands of smogs.

I am a school librarian, so I needed a robust scanner to use for book and device checkouts. This scanner works wonderfully and the battery lasts a loooong time. It comes with a stand, charger, and booklet of barcodes to scan to customize its use. The only thing I might change is I would add a small troubleshooting section to the manual. I have figured out that the series of beeps mean, but was initially puzzled. FYI- there are different beeps for low battery and a missing USB dongle.

First time using a low-cost reader in a commercial setting. Always have purchased readers costing 3 to 5 times the cost of this one, and requiring special software. Then comes this one, a litter lighter that the commercial grades I have used, but looks to be well made. Easy to install, requiring no special software and easy to identify in the POS software. Great savings for my customer. Recommend this item for barcode, QR code, etc.

No instructions came just a book of barcodes, however it works for what we needed. Only suggestion would be to put a one page quick setup reference guide for those who are not technical

You can keep buying expensive brands or give it a try. Very easy to install, Great battery life and works just great. What else you can ask for , Cheaper than the rest and great quality. 5 Stars

Not pleased with this scanner. I tried to get a scanner that would move around the shop with me, wirelessly, as this one states it will. But even plugged in to the laptop it only reads barcodes occasionally. I have to unplug it and plug it back it in after 3-4 scans, wait for the beeps and start over. It is just not reliable. I am still loading all my inventory into my new software program and not even up and running on a daily basis with this equipment yet so I very disappointed. I did call my software support team and they tried to help, but no good. It's just not reliable.

Love this one so much had to buy another one. Works very well for that high volume return mail.

I wish that I could give this less than 1 star...... This was a company purchase. We purchased 50 of them for our customers to use. Due to the quantity I was trying to save some money. That was my first mistake. You get what you pay for. The setup was easy because it is a plug and play device. I liked the idea of a wired or wireless scannerand 1D, and 2D barcode scanning. Within 30 days they started failing. I was getting call after call about them not working. I tried customer support with the 1 year warranty. That was my second mistake. They made me jump through a bunch of hoops sending videos of the problems, phone calls, etc, for a poor product. After all of that they were going to replace 2 out of 7 of them. I guess all of that worked for them because I was done with this company and they got their sale. As thay fail, I am replacing them with a Honeywell scanner. I have replaced 75% of them within 6 to 8 months. The Honeywell scanner is twice the price, but no problems with them at all.
