Highlights has always been the goto books when I needed some education hidden in fun games. I have tried their sticker books, their puzzle books and lots of other variety of books and loved them all. This one doesnt let me down either. It has 50 pages filled with alphabet practice, puzzles, objects - all suitable for my 5 year old who currently goes to Kindergarten. My daughter immediately took to the book and got to work. I enjoyed looking at her trying to solve the puzzles racking her brains and in the process I saw her thinking process develop, a little at a time. The quality of the book is great and that , other than the quality of content sets it apart from the dollar store books. Well worth the $5 I spent on the book. Highlights continues to deliver great age-specific content .

Christian has been enjoying working in this Highlights Reading Fun Workbook. There are pages to practice writing letters in both upper and lowercase with a different activity at the bottom of each page. There are also pages to practice rhyming and sight words. The end of this book also includes two short stories with comprehension questions for practice. The pages are brightly colored and interesting to beginning readers. We're looking forward to doing all the pages!
