Husband had to replace my mixers work gear AGAIN because last time we didn’t add new grease. This time, the grease helped sooo much. My mixer is working like new again. GIVE IT A BIT OF TIME TO WORK THROUGH THE GEARS WELL. I WASNT sure at first, as it sounded weird and all, but once it got to work through all of the gears (im assuming that was the issue) there is no noise, runs smoothly, etc. it doesn’t seem to be leaking. So that’s good. The gasket fit really well and was thankful I went with this particular listing for that reason, as ours was cracked and needed replaced. Super grateful for my husbands hard work AND this grease and gasket.

Worked great for my mixer

I found a like new Kitchen Aid mixer on Craigslist for $50, they said it was leaking oil. Found out that is what happens when they the mixer sets for a long time without being used. This kit gives you everything you need to fix a mixer with this problem. Sure, it is a bit messy cleaning all the grease out, but take some time and do it right because that grease will continue to separate and more oil will leak out. The grease in this is kit is food safe and the gasket is a perfect match for the old one. Now I have a like-new mixer for a fraction of a new one.

After removing the old grease, cleaning parts and regreasing, My very old KitchenAid runs smoother with heavy doughs and grease doesn't drip out. Easy to apply and no strong odor, like the old, dark grease and it's plenty for 1 job. If you need a How To -YouTube video watch "Mr. Mixers" 4 part Video on how to degrease, clean, calibrate and regrease. Mine is not quiet after the regrease, but then again it wasn't serviced for 20 years, so I didn't expect it to sound like new and the noise is not coming from the newly greased gears. Only downside, is the gasket that comes with it is cardboard, so I'd get something better if yours is torn and needs to be replaced for longevity.

My mixer was leaking dark grease. Watched a YT video that recommended this product. Thank goodness for the replacement seal that came w the package. Didn't smell. The spatula with it was very handy, both for removing the old oil, but to put the new on. I put my mixer back together and ran it and it's quieter and no problems with it. Highly recommend this. Worth the money.

Perfect amount of grease for a kitchenaid. The new gasket fits great, and the included little spatula comes in handy for both scooping out the old grease, as well as packing in the new stuff. It’s a bit of a job to do yourself, but if you take your time I do think anybody could do this. Especially for machines that are no longer under warranty.

Das Fett ist gut. Langlebigkeit muss natürlich noch getestet werden. Was jedoch negativ auffällt ist, dass die Dichtung sehr dick ist und man sie nun im Gehäuse sieht. Muss die Dichtung mit einem Lackstift färben, damit sie nicht mehr auffällt!
