JIGSORT 500 - Jigsaw puzzle case for up to 500 pieces from J

This is well made and I couldn’t think of doing a jigsaw without it now. I love that all the trays come out independently and the case can be put to one side. Because of the quality it has a bit of weight in it which I don’t find a problem myself and the actual tray you take out to do the jigsaws on, is a lot lighter across my lap than the previous serving tray I was using. It is quite expensive but for me the size is perfect, the 1000 piece ones would be too big for me. Once I’d seen the quality of the trays and case and how perfect it was for doing jigsaws, I felt it did warrant the price. I was pleasantly surprised also how well it holds the jigsaws, even partially made ones in place, even with the case stored upright. I mostly do the wood Wentworth jigsaws and wasn’t sure if the additional storage trays covers would fit over them but had no problems, just had to slowly and carefully slide over. If I started doing bigger jigsaws in the future, I would definitely look at their larger cases.

I bought this for my wife for her birthday. She specifically asked for a roll up puzzle saver. I went a step above and bought this stellar puzzle briefcase and couldn't have been happier. If used properly it stores, saves frustration and time. The quality of the product overall was fantastic. It feels like a nice piece of luggage that wont break down anytime soon. She put together a 500 piece puzzle of our kids that I had made and it fit perfectly from start to finish in it. Highly recommend!

I bought this as a gift and the person loved it. It is very sturdy and well made. As well as the zipped portfolio, it also has and has several internal trays which come with slide on covers, ideal for sorting puzzle pieces into colours/sections. A few comments have said how heavy it is and yes it probably is a little heavy for some but it does contact 3 tray and you wouldn't necessarily need to carry them all around. My one negative is that is it very expensive, especially when you compare it to the 1000 piece ones you can get at a fraction of the cost

I prefer making wooden puzzles to cardboard, and am on the hunt for a puzzle board. Of the 3 different puzzle boards I tried, this was my second favorite. Very well made, quality product. I completed a small wooden puzzle using it, and the building surface was nice, but the piece storage boards were useless because they wouldn't accommodate 1/4" thick wooden pieces. I would also like something I can use on my lap, and though the board could be used that way, having the pieces loose on the puzzle sleeves would be too risky to possibly lose a piece. As a long term solution, the puzzle board would be too small to accommodate all wooden puzzles, and the larger size would be to big. Ideally I would prefer a working surface of 24"X18", that can tilt and has storage for pieces. In the end I returned this and the other two products and my hunt continues.
