My son installed it himself. Works well. He did add another occy strap when carrying larger items.

My husband was excited to receive this for his bike, and when we finally got it, it had a tear in it. We had to sew it up as soon as we opened. Not to mention it does not come with a rack. Really disappointed all together with this purchase.
