One of many electrical item to fail after just one month. Not charging utterly useless and a scam. Poor quality that fails quickly.My advice DO NOT buy anything that is electronic from Amazon.The response from the vendor regarding this item that is clearly faulty is that I remove this review before they will deal with my complaint. This further demonstrates, along with poor quality merchandise they also show poor customer service. The offer or replacement or refund is solely conditional on the removal of my initial review. I add do not do business with this company as they aren’t interested in the paucity of goods they sell or their customers. Had I my complaint be dealt with a professional manner I would have been moved to add positively to the whole saga. Making it wholly conditional reveals much in the manner that they deal with their customers. I will be taking the matter further!

This is a lovely case and fits my I phone 13 pro very well. Its sturdy and well made. I know its built to last. I also have one of these for my Samsung galaxy s20 plus and it is easy to use and is a handy back up in times of emergency.Definitely recommend this, 5 stars

First week all fine. Easy to use. Full charge. Excellent battery life.Then, now every day that I put my phone to charge this message appears!Not sure if this is defective? Or what seems to be the issue.Phone and case haven’t get wet or anything!I’m editing this review to add that the seller has an Excellent costumer service! They contacted me immediately and send a replacement for the next day. Very happy with their service

I have had 4 of these batteries which work very well but suffer from a poor life span. First two only lasted for four months and six months respectively. Third one only lasted one month. Not holding out much hope for the last one.

I have tried many different charging cases for my iPhone 13 with no real success, I found this one here by BAHOND and fell in love with it. It is exactly what is described and provides me with a full charge when my phone is on low charge. I have dropped my phone a few times with this case on and it has really helped to protect it and my phone has suffered no scratches or cracks which is brilliant! Normally charging cases can make the phone really bulky or heavy but with this model from BAHOND I have found that I have not had that issue. The added feature with the support for the wired headphones is also a great addition because for someone like myself who does not have AirPods this really comes in handy! I could not recommend this charging case enough and would even go so far to say that it is a must buy for anyone looking for one of these cases!

It’s really easy to use since to charge my phone I only need to press one button and forget about the problem of low battery.
