Comfortable office chair
I had a high end office chair that I paid a lot of money for and this is comparable. The seat is made of memory foam and is very comfortable. Both of the arms are padded which is very nice. The height is adjustable and there are other features making it ergonomic. It was very easy to assemble. The only issue that I had was connecting the back of the chair to the base. I didn't realize that it was supposed to slide through a slot in the back of the chair. Customer service was great and as I was speaking to them, I realized my mistake. I did replace the wheels with roller blade wheels and it was a great addition. They don't make that plasticky sound that office chair wheels typically make. It also removes the need for one of those plastic floor protectors because the wheels are made of rubber. I would suggest swapping them out. It also helps the chair glide very easily if you need to move around.

VERY comfortable and very adjustable
Let's face it, most mesh office chairs are very similar. The height is adjustable, the arms are adjustable, etc. The Termpur-Pedic seat cushion sets this chair apart. I've been using it for a few days (home office) while my firm's office is being renovated, and I have to say this is the best office chair I've used. It may be hard going back to the one at my firm! The back support is great, but the cushion makes all the difference. We have other office chairs in our home, but they are not as comfortable. I may have to replace them! One suggestion, whether you purchase this chair or another: we have hard wood floors and I find that the casters (wheels) that come with any of these chairs are plastic and can scratch floors unless you have a floor protector. For this chair and others in my home, I purchased the "roller blade casters" from Amazon. Yes, the wheels look just like roller blade wheels and they are hard wood floor friendly! Smooth, silent, and will not scratch your floors. Just search for "roller blade casters" on Amazon.

This is the 3rd chair I have purchased.
I have purchased this chair 3 times now. For the price that is cheaper than buying a really nice chair for $2,000. I am 6'5" tall and currently weigh 320 lbs. I work from home and spend about half my day every day sitting in this chair. They usually last about 3 years but I keep using them for way longer and am really happy when I buy a new one because my old one was in such bad shape by that point. The seat and back are really comfortable.

Very good desk chair
I've had this chair only a couple of weeks, so I can't comment on how well it will hold up. But it is easy to assemble and the seat part (i.e., the part with the memory foam) is extremely comfortable. Back is okay. The only downside is that there is no adjustable lumbar support. It's not a big deal for me, but if you have lumbar issues and need extra support in that area, you probably want to find a chair that offers that feature.

I like how far it leans back.
The seat cushion is soft and supportive. I like how far the back leans while still offering lumbar support. It has standard seat & arm rest height adjustment. I like to sit with my feet propped up on the seat like a goblin & this chair accommodates that. It's made out of fairly sturdy materials - my last chair was destroyed after my cat scratched it just a little & I don't forsee this one having the same issue. Assembly was easy even though the included instructions are a bit unclear. I'm pretty pleased with this as far as a "mid-range" priced office chair goes. I work from home full time & this chair has been very comfortable for that so far.

Great chair but one incorrect point in the assembly directions
I especially wanted to write a review of this chair because I had my doubts when ordering it. I saw a couple of reviews saying it was a fake, not a Tempur-pedic. It is definitely not a fake. The box had the Tempur-pedic logo and the tag on the seat cushion says Tempur-pedic. The chair itself came from the Raynor Marketing Group and was made in Taiwan. The chair seems very well-made, is heavy and sturdy, and for me, the cushion is very comfortable. I had a middle drawer on my desk and am only 5' tall, but I was able to bring the chair low enough to have room for my legs under the desk drawer and my feet touch the ground. MOST IMPORTANTLY, there is one part of the directions that are incorrect. The direction they show to put on the arms is wrong. The arrows should be pointing the other way, so that the arms sit correctly and give you enough space in the chair. Overall, I think it's a great chair for the price.

Terrible instructions
Be prepared to waste a lot of time assembling the chair as the instructions are horrible. Pretty much poor drawing with little written instructions.

Comfortable and supportive.
One of the best value office chairs, appreciated by many in our company.

I work from home 8+ hours a day everyday, and I started getting bad back pain from the chair I did have. I switched to this one, after being lucky enough to to try it in a store, and after about a week my back pain cleared up. I'm 6ft1 so this is a perfect chair for those who are taller and looking for a chair with fixed lumbar. Both the mesh and fabric seat are very breathable and great for warmer temperatures (much better than leather which I get very sweaty in). I would highly recommend getting this chair if you're looking for something to work long hours in.
