They really were not exaggerating. It is strong enough to hold a moose. We had difficulty at first navigating the narrow stairs with her pregnant self to the fifth floor. At last we were in the home gym. Sally's antlers are unusually large as indeed she is. We had to put up with her nervous flatulence. (The loud bellows carry for miles. Fortunately our landlady who rents out rooms is deaf. How we came by her is a long story. However, having been assured that she was a petite breed. We took our pet home.) The vet recommended an exercise program. We fear eviction if discovered. Great product.

These work well, they seem sturdy but I did replace the clip as that did not look like it would last, and I did not want it to fail whilst I’m hanging around.You can get a great workout with these, my only major issue is the size, they could be bigger. The pads you place your arms onto is too small and you can quickly find you need to pause between reps to adjust if there is the slightest movement, or it becomes uncomfortable. Also the clip location on the strap is too close to the hanging point so it doesn’t sit correctly and keeps wanting to ride up over the bar and cross loading the clip.These could be great, but they are just ok due to design flaws.

These are fantastic , good quality and a great way to train abs and core without putting strain on the lower back the way floor / bench Based ab exercise can..As somebody with a recurring femoral nerve pinch and tight piriformis muscles these are a god send , they will allow me to strengthen abs and core without risk of aggravation to my lower back...Spent just 10 minutes with them today , enough to tell they’ll likely be my go to ab trainers ,A great addition to my home gym and hang nicely on the power rack, quick and easy to remove and the carabiners look solid.At this price it’s a no brainier.

IV always had issues doing situps and crunches due to getting a bad back and not bring able to focus on connecting to the abdominal muscles.So I only did an twists with a dumbbell or disk.Finally with these hangers I'm experiencing a real ab workout without my back giving me trouble and I can feel my abs burn the way they should.SUOERB PRODUCT and wish I knew of these 20yrs ago if they existed back then.🇮🇹💪🏽🇮🇹

These do exactly what they are supposed to, comfortable, sturdy (I'm 15 stone and have, after a little trepidation, trust in them), and well made.I don't have access to a pull up bar to hang them from but have improvised by using an adjustable pull up bar as used at home and placed in a door frame, but instead of using in a door I use across the loft hatch in our garage.The only 2 potential downsides I can see have been pointed out previously:1. They are short (I'm 5.7 so usable for me, but anyone taller might struggle)2. The carabiners are not the strongest and a little sharp at the catch point.Overall however they are a perfect for my needs so I would recommend...
