Can you use this with acrylic nails?

Yes, I’ve used this Sally Hansen massage cream on my cuticles over my acrylic coated nails for years! Nothing bad happens to the acrylic coating. When a nail technician is done doing someone’s nails, they put oil on the fingertips!
