I gave it 5 stars...but
I really liked this phone. The cost, battery life and functions were great. However after 3 months the screen wouldn't turn on. The company refunded my money. I'm overall more satisfied with the company.

Workes
Previous phone broke but SIL likes the ruggedness of this phone. Despite warranty, ATT stopped carrying this phone and wantef several hundred to upgrade. Bought this and it worked and was cheaper than using warranty.

Quality of refurbishment
Terrible phone. Started out with a couple of hiccups in the beginning. It is now hanging up on calls or does not allow me to answer them. The speaker is lousy. Sometimes it works but most of the time I have to hold it up to my mouth and scream. DO NOT BUY THIS REFURBISHED PHONE.

I recently purchased the Kyocera Duraforce Pro 2 E6920 64GB Android Smartphone Black AT&T Carrier and I am very pleased with it. The phone is rugged and durable, making it perfect for outdoor activities. The battery life is excellent and the phone is fast and responsive. The camera is great and takes clear pictures. The phone also has a great selection of apps and features. The AT&T network is reliable and provides good coverage. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this phone to anyone looking for a rugged and reliable smartphone.

Not ready to give up my favorite phone!
I have owned 2 Duroforce phones previously, and LOVED them. I am a klutz, I drop my phone a LOT. Never any damage. My last one's battery but the dust, and AT&T no longer supports KYOCERA. This replacement filled my need. Extremely happy that I didn't have to learn a new phone!!

Not the greatest phone.
This phone isn’t the worst but not the greatest by any means. I would only recommend this phone for someone that is rough with phones, someone in construction. It can take a licking. In my opinion it’s good for a work phone.

This is a larger, heavier phone than you think. It also seems very durable.
The customer service is excellent. They made sure the phone would work with the service I have. They even followed up. This seems to be a durable phone and not too huge for my farmer husband. He breaks things. I would give this product 5 stars on all aspects but it is a reconditioned phone and it would be nice to have a booklet or instructions with the phone. A good phone and excellent service from the seller. I will look for this company again.
