Love this book. Lots of useful remedies with room at the back of the book to add a few of your own. Bigger than expected at A4 size. Good value and arrived quickly

It was bit thin I expected more than 32 pages , and pictures, it told u what to use but not how much dosage , so I was bit disappointed but still it was good

Here is a great simple little recipe book with immune boosting, anti viral remedies, I,ve looked quickly into UK suppliers for most ingredients bit a few should he added to Northern areas again as it's difficult to get three ingredients.Take care.

I was hoping this would be a bit more extensive. It's very small and very basic.

I always appreciate recipes I can build from, but spellcheck is kind of a big thing when selling a book. I hesitate with taking content seriously when “Oregano” grape root is listed on the first page I happened to flip to... (pg. 10)
