Perfect replacement product for same original filters!

I originally bought the WGB32B-PB System back in 2020. It took me a while to finally install it, once I found a plumber I could trust. The system has worked great, and the water taste great. In February 2023 I noticed a pin hole leak in one of the canisters. It wasn't at a seam or where it's connected, it was in the body of the canister. I contacted customer support at their main office in Georgia and Michelle was very nice and easy to work with. She immediately said she would send a replacement canister at no charge. The canister came within a week and I was able to put it on and the leak was fixed. In May 2023 I had the exact same thing happen with another canister. I once again contacted customer support in Georgia and this time spoke with someone else. He looked up my information and saw that Michelle had helped back in February. This time they sent me three new heavy duty canisters to replace the ones in my system. There were no questions asked or arguing about who might be at fault. They simply replaced the part and then some. Wonderful customer service.

I’ve held off writing this review until the system has proven itself. I have been through a few attempts with Richard from iSpring helping me out along the way; and in June I finally installed this specific 3-stage set of filters. Our well water is problematic, and feeds two houses. One house uses this filter set, the other house uses a 5 micron filter, and a softener with iron reducing chemicals. This filter set has proven itself to be far better than what I have on the other house - on the same water. I’ve had the water tested, and it’s very hard, with high TDS, and high iron / manganese - which makes it difficult to treat reliably. At first I had an issue with a premature failure of an iron/manganese filter - so I wasn’t convinced. Richard kindly offered this full set, which I was dubious about. In retrospect I now suspect that the initial 5 micron filter wasn’t sealed perfectly, and so dirty water was reaching the iron/manganese filter - which fouled it prematurely. You have to be very careful to install these centrally in your housing. Once installed properly, our water has been crystal clear and tastes so much better than the other house - for nearly 8 months now with one filter set. I’m hoping to get 18 months out of them based on our water usage, so we’ll see - but even at 8 months I’m happy. I suspect some of the negative reviews are caused by improper installation or water with other contaminants that this filtration set isn’t suitable for. Get your water tested before choosing.

Just ask the Water Boy . Ti's better to buy OEM products but @ after market prices . Not having our water tested while using these filters , I can't honestly state that they are removing ALL of the bad stuff that's in our water . A big however is that a neighbor is a college professor in chemistry & had this exact system installed , too . We live in the Cape Fear region of Coastal NC which has it's share of water contamination from the Chemor's plant . According to test results this system & Reverse Osmosis removes the PFOA's & PFAS's from our drinking water . Bear in mind that our water comes from a , R.O. plant . After installing this system the 1st noticeable thing is , NO chlorine smell or taste , plus our refrigerator filter lasts a long time . Being that it's only 2 of us , our filters last at least a full year . The sediment filter at that point still looks as if it was just installed .

I added the I spring whole House water filter about two years ago and it was a game changer for the taste and smell Of our water in our home. I bought these replacement filters that have a 1 year warranty on them. I actually had a warranty issue were the filters didn’t hold up the full year which led to a big drop in water pressure all though out the home. I contacted Isprings directly via the customer service number. Great customer service and an actual person picked up the phone. I spoke to Nick and explained my issues with the filter, and with out hesitation he said he would send out new filters right away. The filters arrived a few days later. 5 stars customer service. Will continue purchasing these filters.
