Is there any type of warranty on these? I need alot of these, and at $7 each, I'm concerned about some of them not working.

the warranty on these batteries is less than 6 months. i purchased 40 of them 2 years ago, and 6 went bad after 2 charges. it was more than 6 months after i purchased them, since i only use them in the fall, so the warranty was useless. i had to eat the loss. 6 out of 40 is, to me, not an acceptable loss.

We bought a pack of 8 100000amh ni-hm batteries a year ago and i took them out of my partable latern to recharge them, why wont they recharge?

Many chargers require voltage in the battery to recognize that there is a battery in the charger. So, it sounds like your batteries completely drained, and you have a 'dumb' charger. This can happen with any rechargeable if it goes completely dead, if your charger requires 'seeing' voltage before it will charge.

do tenergy D 10,000 batteries come already charged?

I am going to say no David. I can tell you I also bought a Tenergy Advanced Universal Charger TN190-4 Channel AA/AAA/C/D/9V Ni-MH Charger with LCD Display and USB Power Outlet and it takes about 8 hours to charge 4 at the same time. That is a conservative estimate. You may be able to do it in 7, but no less I am sure of that.

Will an Energizer brand charger work with these?

Any good brand charger should charge 1-1/2 volt AAA, AA, C and D cell rechargeable batteries. The charger should have automatic cutoff, to prevent overcharging that could result in a fire. As with all electronic devices, care should be taken to prevent exposure to water sources during use.
