Hello, i am writing to you because i bought this item for my daughter for christmas and she has never had it on because i was getting a locket for it so it as been in the box till now, she got it out a few days ago and this is what she saw it has gone purple and blue i bought this because it looked lovely and it should be gold on silver, my daughter has got another one like this that she has had for over a year and its still in lovely condition, i am very upset and angry.
