Finally a line-set cover that is high quality. Why I waited 6 years staring at or ignoring my uncovered eyesore…??? Everything about the purchase was 5 stars. Fast shipping, well packaged for zero damage, every tool and fastener you need (I needed masonry and wood fasteners), great directions, on and on. Color is perfect and the cover has plastic film that protects from scratches. Peeled off, the finish is just perfect. This Amazon seller/manufacturer sets the bar. See before and after pictures. My install was unique that the bottom section of lines is 5 inches or so, top closer to 8. I was able to widen the 6x6 top piece to fit the application pretty easily. For the top cap I modified the 2 provided caps into one to fit the unique shape ( 6 inch outside, 8 against the house). $$ well spent, such a huge improvement. I’ll be back for more when it’s time to retire my cheap plastic mini-split line set cover.

Completely blown away by the quality of the material. Was impressed that everything you needed to install these line set covers was right there in the box. Concrete drill bit, but driver for you drill, wall anchors, fasteners to attach to the structure and to itself. The instructions were very clear. Just can’t say enough about this product. The finish quality of the product was great as well. 5 stars. Quick and easy fix for an eyesore of refrigerant piping when you are retrofitting your systems. I went with the 6”X6” covers and was able to get both line sets into the cover.

It is hard to grasp how an exposed AC hose on the front wall of the house, makes the house look neglected and lame. Only after I installed this product, did I realize how simple and how important it is to cover every exposed pipe. It's a wonderful product! High quality, looks great, sturdy and very easy to install. In our front yard there is an aluminum construction that is part of an electric parking gate. we matched the color of the cover to the color of the existing construction. Since the variety of EAGLE 1 colors is large, we reached an almost perfect match and the difference goes unnoticed at all. And most importantly: made in the USA!!!! Need I say more?

This is a perfect kit, it has 2 cover sections, and a cap, all the screws and anchors you need. It even has a nice masonry drill bit and hex bit to drive the screws. The covers are a similar gauge to aluminum cutters, and the screws and anchors are all good quality. Everything was packaged well and the hardware was all individually sorted into pockets and sealed. The covers and cap are all coated in a protective plastic film, and the shipping container had rigid cardboard angle pieces running down the entire length with 5 inches of styrofoam foam protection at each end. Based on the past reviews, some people had complained about shipment damaged product and that the cap held water, the company has listened to the negative feedback and adjusted their design and packaging. The cap is now flat, and doesn’t hold water, and short from building a crate, I don’t think the packaging could be much sturdier. My line set stuck out just over 6 inches, so the 6x6x6 was just a little too small. I contacted the seller to see if I could modify the dimensions slightly, and he promptly responded late in the evening and had the custom order shipped by the next day by 10am with no additional charge. Great product, great service, You get what you pay for, I highly recommend this kit!

Reached out to seller about a custom run as I needed a few turns and they immediately responded and were able to create exactly what I needed with just some photos and measurements. Even with a custom order I got notification that it had shipped within a day of ordering and arrived way ahead of the Amazon estimate. Packaging was fantastic and protected all the different pieces. Came with literally everything you could need from gloves, to screws/anchors and even a masonry bit. My order because of the custom piece even had notes attached to it showing which direction the turns should face. I don't think I would have been able to get a better product if I had had someone come out to my house and give me a quote and no way would they have done it for the price of these. Mine was the paintable metal so that I could match it with the existing piece. If I could give 6 stars I would. Pictures of before, after install and after painting are attached.

EXCELLENT ALL AROUND!! (SAND COLORED) Great product - have not found anything to cover up these water heater lines in the past two years until now. Amazing customer service - you basically text or talk to the owner if you have any questions. I guess lots of roofs and eaves are different so they really want to make sure they get you what you need. In, fact they pre trimmed mine based on the measurements I provided over the phone. Now this is the crazy, wonderful part that I was not expecting; half a day later I got pics of my cover with the trimming they performed for free and then a pic of the fedex label and as if that were not enough , they got it to me a full week ahead of my AMAZON PRIME estimate at checkout. Was crazy, I believe he sent it out less than 12 hours after I ordered it. Not to mention, how carefully and thoughtfully it was packaged including: warning stickers, excellent instructions, hardware, drill bit, nut driver, COLOR COORDINATED SCREWS and the peelable clear coat that you pull off just before installation. Anyhow, Could not be happier and I rarely review but this was AMAZING TO SAY THE LEAST. GREAT COMPANY!!!!

The covers are very attractive and fit well. They are a bit flimsy, but not a great concern, as they are mounted in a stationary fashion.
