We have a wooden bar to store our alcohol, but we can't pore drink on the unprotected top because any drop of spilled liquor will ruin the finish. I bought this round, silver-plated serving tray to place on top so that we could pore drinks there without worrying about small spills. We place the bottle on the tray afterward, in case anything runs down the bottle. The tray looks great, with or without glasses and a bottle on it. The 11" diameter bottom is solid, engraved with an ornate paisley-plus design that appears subtle because of the reflective nature of the silver plating, and the sides have decorative cut-outs, giving it a somewhat airy look. It is a formal look (my husband loves that), but might be able to be incorporated into a more contemporary decor, given the right accessories around it. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Perfect! I wanted a nice tray that was not mirrored and this was exactly what I wanted. It’s also very sturdy quality. So happy with it!

it's such poor quality that putting anything on it leaves scratches. It even had fine scratches when it arrived and just resting a couple of glasses on it left more. What awful quality Amazon sells sometimes. Will be more careful with what I'm buying...

I use the tray to put a silver coffee service on for display.
