I'm regularly constipated..been like this since a child. I always make sure I have these on hand. They're very effective without harsh stimulants that can really irritate you and be painful. These are gentle yet very effective and they're all natural. They work overnight so I get relief in the morning. I highly recommend these!

IBS is no fun at all. Trying laxatives after laxatives, I had about given up. All the different ones I tried either did nothing, gave me horrible cramps and most severe diarrhea! I found Aloelax at my local health food store and decided to give it a try. First day nothing happened, second day; it was if I never had a problem with IBS at all. No cramps, no gas, just a regular BM like the rest of the word get to experience. This was in the late 90's and at the first sign of constipation, I take my Aloelax before bed and next day is smooth sailing lol... no kidding though, this is the best alternative medication I have ever taken or will ever take again. Thanks Aloelax for getting me back to normal!

I used to have a tough time dropping off the kids at the pool. The big guy always wanted to stay and I had to strain to push him out. Now I just sit patiently and watch them blissfully file out like soldiers jumping out of a C17. Really happy with the results. I take two capsules daily and I can lay some third rail before getting on the train.
