Seems to be working well so far
I got this AR valve to remove air bubbles that can show up in my domestic water supplier's lines when they do work on the system. I have a boost pump as my home is elevated from the normal, gravity-fed portions of the system. Air in the line can shut my pump down, at best, and can do it damage, at worst. Installation of this AR valve went easily. The initial air in the valve escaped when pressure was restored. And the valve closed when it filled with water. No leaks at ~50-75 psi.

Product WARNING
The product description says stainless steel. But upon arrival of the valve there is a warning that the product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause Cancer, Birth defects or reproductive harm. Safety Code 25249.6. Now I cannot use this product for my water source.
