Lechuza CUBICO Color 22 Sand Brown, Self-Watering Tall Planter, H16.1 L8.7 W8.7 in

Needed a solution for indoor plants so I opted to try this one after reading up on the brand and their system. They are more expensive than others out there but the system is complete and the quality and high. Works great and I plan to buy more for my outdoor patio plants as well. I watched lots of videos online before buying and knew how to pot the plant before it arrived. I recommend watching videos before hand. I placed decorative polished black pebbles on top for a clean look and to stop my dogs form messing with the soil. The pebbles have the added benefit of keeping the soil moist longer too.

UPDATE: This planter is now $30 more than I paid in November and December of 2023! This is a very attractive planter, and seems to be an exceptional self-watering design. Assembly was easy. The bag of Pon was an unexpected addition but is only enough to cover the bottom of the insert. Now, I’m researching this substrate to see if I want to purchase a larger quantity. I plan to purchase other sizes within this design (“Cubico”). And I hope the color (Sand Brown) of different sizes within a design matches because I had to return the “Cube” planter that comes in Sand Brown because it does not match the Sand Brown of the Cubico. Nice planter, though.

Would buy again-Lechuza is a great company.

These are plastic, the instructions for assembly and watering are wordless (think IKEA assembly instructions), and it says that they are Sand Brown - but I don’t know what beach sand they are referring to, because in my opinion they are gray, and my plants are dying - but I am pretty sure that is my fault.

We purchased a couple of these, they are modern amd sleek looking. They work great when we are put of town my plant babies are happy.

This was a great product, looks great, nice quality but it's very shallow planting room. Wish it was a lot deeper for the plant there is a lot of wasted room underneath. We had to cut part of our rootball to get it to fit. My wife wasn't happy about that.

I was excited for my first lechuza put, but it does not work the way that I've seen others work. You cannot lift the pot of the reservoir to check the roots. It has a floor panel in the pot that separates the pon from the nutrient water. It doesn't make sense. I'd never buy this again.

Sehr schöner CUBICO für Pflanzen. Klasse Qualität, der Hersteller ist halt Lechuza.

Está maceta es bonita y adoro que sean de auto riego. Muy buena calidad aunque no son baratas, pero una vez que la planta absorbe el agua, puedes despreocúparte si sales varios días de casa.
