VERY BAD quality! Started smoking 3 minutes after switching on !!! Spoiled whole kids party!

The fountain operated on 120 V. It should clearly state that in the description since its shipping to UAE. Engine got burnt as soon as we switched he’d it on

The product arrived used and had chocolate residue on it. On top of that, it was completely different from the picture shown and did not work properly.

We bought this for our small wedding (90 or so people) and ran thinned-down nacho cheese through it. It was SUPER popular with the guests, and it was a fun addition. It ran all night and started to stutter after the cheese thickened, someone had the presence of mind to shut it off and the next day after being cleaned, it worked perfectly again. Yes, there is noise - but no one could hear it over the low music that was playing during dinner and DEFINITELY not during the dancing. The cleaning was actually really easy, just use hot water and pull a cloth through the tube. It's a cheaper model, but it more than paid for itself during the night, and we're thinking we'll be able to get AT LEAST a few more parties out of it. For the price, it does the job, and does it well.

Came early very easy to assemble. First time using one of these and of course didn't read the directions and couldn't figure out why the chocolate wasn't coming down smoothly. Make sure to add like it says oil to your melted chocolate before pouring in. Saves you alot of time and not having to waste so much chocolate like we did. I will say this you have to make sure you buy alot of melted chocolate for this to get a good flow going. We had bought the cup looking melted chocolates and had to melt over 8 of them to fill this up. Which at the end not all the chocolate gets eaten and mind you 7 of us were using it. So definitely more of a party use or when your having alot of ppl over if not you'll be throwing away alot of chocolate. All in all great device and works well. Cleaning it isn't so bad once you detach all the parts the top parts you can just put in the dish washer.

We bought this for my baby shower and future events when they come up. A little loud but easily drowned out in a larger room with more ambient noise. The pieces were easy to take apart and clean. The most important part is that you MUST mix the chocolate chips with vegetable oil (I used coconut) in the ratio recommended (3/4c oil to 2lbs chocolate). We left it running for hours with no issues.

Encantada com a máquina, porém quando liguei ela começou a fumaçar! E não ligou mais. Minha voltagem é 220 e eu coloquei o transformador para ligar ela e mesmo assim na funcionou
