If you’re bad about taking vitamins consistently like I am, then this is the product for you. One squirt of the liquid in your mouth and that’s it. Nice and easy, just the way I like it. The dropper itself is also super easy to use and has precise and readable measurements. The taste of the B12 liquid is fairly decent too. Another huge perk of this product is the refreshing energy it brings. Not energy in a sense of drinking a cup of coffee, but a more natural sensation of energy. Vitamin B12 is also crucial for mood and overall brain health, which I know I can certainly use. Even though I don’t have any diet restrictions, I definitely appreciate the fact that this product is both vegan and keto friendly. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone, 5/5 for sure.

It does an excellent job does what i expected

Ive been purchasing this brand for several years, but last time I ordered it in July, they sent me one that had a "Best by" date of May 2025. So, it's an old inventory because its the same BB date my previous bottle had, and I purchased it back in early 2024. Now, I'm afraid to order it again. Otherwise, Id say that the product works well to increase B12, is easy to take and has pleasant taste.

UPDATE #2: Taste has been tweaked...now good again...and my tongue tingle is gone. Now you can read the original: This seems to work and that's the important thing. BUT.... It used to taste like orange. Now it tastes like blah. And it makes my tongue tingle ever so slightly...which is a very negative sensation as far as I'm concerned. They changed more than the label. I'll continue to use it but I definitely don't like it as much as I used to...and only hope the potency remained the same. UPDATE: Tongue reaction has stayed minor and I've gotten used to "blah". I don't see any other product that I'd prefer to use. PLUS: I received an email from the owner of the company, apologizing and offering a refund for my bottles. I declined the offer but seriously appreciated it...I'm definitely going to continue using this product. I did suggest a taste tweak, though. Thank you, Phil!!!

Its sweet but It works

Wow...What a difference!!! I take a protease inhibitor medication daily to prevent acid reflux. I did not realize that anti acids and protease inhibitors interfere with the body’s absorption of Vitamin B-12. I was already familiar with how important B-12 is because my sister has pernicious anemia wherein for her, Vitamin B12 supplementation is vital to preventing serious health issues. (I don’t drink energy drinks but apparently Vitamin B12 is an ingredient in many). This tastes great! I take 1/2 dropper in the morning and 1/2 dropper around lunchtime sublingually (under the tongue). (The instructions recommend taking a full dropper at once). I prefer dividing the dose for an additional burst of energy in the afternoon. Within minutes for me, it releases a feeling of the natural energy and a sense of calm and well-being. Because of my sister’s pernicious anemia, I ordered a bottle of this B12 supplement for her too.

No tiene sabor a citricos! Es color rojo y sabe a cereza ! No se porque les pusieron que sabe a citricos! El gotero no funciona bien! No se rellena asi que no es posible tomar 1 ml completo, lo maximo que llega es a la mitad ! No es muy practico!

Me llama la atención que el empaque esta un poco maltratado y no tiene fecha de caducidad. Algunos que compraron la vitamina les paso lo mismo
