Easy to use, looks nice & is working very well so far. Winds up well without any tangling; with or without load. Love it!

I've used this winch for many years, and it always works great. I have it on my car-hauling trailer.The connector on the end of the remote broke, and they do not offer a replacement remote, so I replaced both male and female connectors with another three-pin connector.After several years of sitting in the sunlight, the plastic cover over the winch cable has broken and fallen apart.

Has pulled my car onto the trailer so easily I wish I had gotten it sooner. The only trouble was spooling up all the cable. Sometimes it seems like there is a little too much cable. But really I just have to make sure to help it spool evenly . Some oil on the cable helps too.

arrived as stated, all components were included to operate. Unit does as advertised and does a good job with winching the show car into the trailer.

definitely makes life easier. i tow about twice a month and its worth every penny.
