Fantastic back support, which is very adjustable from 31 to 51 inch waste quite a good range, the support fits nicely and is secured with a large Velcro strap, you then have the option to finesse the strap with two other Velcro straps, which pull in and let out the rear laces. The rear of the strap also has some additional support built in which gives a pleasing pressure either side of the spine without compressing the spin itself. This is by far the most comfortable back support I have ever owned.
