Great Fitness Tracker
I was looking to replace my old fitness tracker. Researched several and I chose this one. Fits my wrist perfectly, seems to track accurately. Looks good with any fashion. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this model, and the price is good!!

From NY....I love my health tracker
I purchased this in August, it stopped working in Dec. I got in contact with customer service and they replaced it immediately and I received it in a few days which was awesome. I love my watch, it is definitely accurate with all the options that it has. this watch has comfortable fit for small wrists, it is easy to download, battery life last for days. and it's waterproof. So I would definitely recommend this fitness tracker watch, when I didn't have my watch....Ohhhh how I missed it!!! but now I have it and I am feeling better than ever!!! Thank you Smart Watch Sales for the awesome customer service...I appreciate all you have done!!!

Battery will not charge
Received my S5 from Amazon on Tuesday morning and immediately charged it...after hours it only had 3 out of 4 bars. Since I hadn't looked prior to plugging it in, for all I know it arrived with that amount. Went ahead and started using it: tracked a power walk, then standard everyday walking around chore stuff, a night of sleep, and another power walk the next morning and realized I was already down to only 2 bars out of 4 for the battery. So I plugged it in again even though it had been used for less than 24 hours. Tried 3 different plug locations and types for an hour each and then just left it plugged in overnight, but never got more bars for the battery life. I am absolutely certain I plugged it in right as I had my engineer husband take a look too. I then tried to reach out for assistance from Engerwall directly on their site as that is where Amazon directs you. And there was "some error trying to send the message." So no support there. If there was an easy fix that's be great to know but apparently I can't even send a message to find out. Also, not as big a deal but worth knowing, the device can not track steps if you are holding on to your treadmill as it really counts your arm swings and/or gps movement. I only wanted the heart rate monitor so didn't care but others might.

Suprisingly... good?
Okay, so I never take the time to write reviews but I feel like people keep ragging on this watch when I've had a great experience with it. What I use it for: I use it to track my biking and other physical activities, sleep patterns, water and sedentary reminders, and sometimes steps What works: - The watch surprisingly has a good battery. It's a bit inconsistent, but usually I can get it to last between 3-5 days. For 20 bucks, I think that's pretty good - Charging it is really easy. The first couple of times I was worried I was going to break it, but it's hearty and can take a lot of abuse. - Their rating for water is true and honestly a bit better. i went kayaking with some friends and forgot the watch was on. I flipped over and completely dunked the watch. Throughout the day I did various water activities and continuously had water around the watch. Now, I'm not saying that you should take it into the shower or swim with it, but don't worry about doing small stuff like washing your hands and it's not a big deal if you step into the shower, forget to take it off, and then actually take it off. What's a little iffy: - The step counter is... questionable. On my phone my Google Fit usually has about half the amount of steps as what the watch shows. I don't particularly mind, it's not a big problem for me, but if you are getting this for the primary reason of counting your steps, be aware it's not 100% exact - I do agree that the connectivity isn't the best, but I don't want my watch to be buzzing 24/7 so I don't mind. It also wants more permissions than I give it so that's probably why my connectivity isn't great lol What doesn't work: - Nothing really comes to mind? It tracks your heart rate pretty well and idk about the other things it tracks and how exact they are but it's cool that they're there. Overall this is a decent watch for 20 bucks, the battery lasts for a good chunk of time, and although there are connectivity problems, the help that they provide is great and they answer quickly. Speaking of the IT department (idk what else to call it), you get a 2 year warranty if you scan a qr code. I think that really sold me because I know I will have some problems and knowing that I didn't have to pay anything extra and it should last 2 years makes me feel better Anyways, I hope this helps!

It’s a decent tracker but definitely not great
When my Fitbit broke, I needed another fitness tracker quickly and this was a good price and shipped very quickly. It’s not bulky to wear and I like that the band has a peg to secure the end of the band so it’s not flapping around all over like the Fitbit did. At first it seemed ok but as I’ve used it over the last couple of months, I’ve noticed a few drawbacks. They’re not dealbreakers but they are annoyances and reasons I likely wouldn’t purchase another one down the road. For starters, the battery does not last very long. It said it would last 7-10 days but I’ve yet to get that efficiency. I have to charge mine every few days bc it has to be at 100% brightness to be able to see it during the day. It loses about 15-20% charge over a day. I’ve made sure to remove the drink/ movement reminders and only have the raise to wake during the day (it’s in DND at night to avoid being blinded if I move my arm when I turn in my sleep) and my morning alarm. Otherwise there shouldn’t be anything draining the batter that quickly. Charging itself is easy enough but I’m concerned that removing and reattaching the band every few days could wear down the band and make it less secure as I continue using it. Also, if I forget to attach it to the other side of the band to keep it together, I’ve forgotten where I put it initially and thought I was going to need to buy a replacement band. It will buzz when you have an active call coming in which is great but several times, it’s just kept buzzing even after the caller hung up until I manually stop the notification on the watch. The tracker app doesn’t update automatically. I have to make a reminder to open the app so it can update my steps throughout the day. Otherwise it won’t log anything even though my watch shows the steps for the day. And on top of that, even when I manually sync the watch to the app, it’s still not showing the correct steps in the app (as seen in pictures). Also, it doesn’t seem to automatically track when I’m in a workout or sense my elevated HR to prompt me to start tracking workouts like my Fitbit could do. Overall, for the basic needs of tracking my steps each day, it’s mostly correct (on the watch). I just have to manually add steps in my health app if I need to ensure it’s accurate for other health apps that sync to my health data and track my steps. So if you’re looking for something that will seamlessly monitor your health stats in the background or automatically sync that data or alert you if you’re HR elevates to ensure it’s tracking workouts… don’t get it. If you’re looking for something to tell you the time or how many steps you’ve taken without pulling out your phone, this’ll do.

Great Customer Service
I have used 2 of these fitness previously for several years until they wore out from use and abuse. I loved them as they were resonably priced and worked well. That was not the case with this one. It only records about 1/2 the steps I take so it is now junk as I just missed the return window for the product. So now back to trying to finnd something that works which is resonably priced so that if I break it from abuse it’s not a great loss. Engerwall reached out to me after my original review and pointed out that the unit was still under warantee so all that I needed to do was to send them my order documentation for a replacement. I should have read the information that came with the watch before writing the review. As I stated above these watches have given me years of great service with the only failure being from abusing it during large manual construction projects that I’m working on. Thanks for reaching out to me Engerwall, you have a great inexpensive reliable product!

Wonderful product
Fabulous!!!!! so easy to set up and use. Pedometer, heart rate, oxygen, sleep monitor, which is what I needed it for and it’s fabulous in all areas. Highly recommend for a smaller option if you don’t need the phone, this is the way to go. 100%

Value lower than expected
This looks to be like what MorePro had. Same watch design, but the app is different. Though this watch is like many others, the sensors aren't as good as I remember MorePro having. Blood Pressure; other watches in the same price range have had better luck with the BP being closer to accurate. On this watch, i'm seeing a difference of up to 20/20 greater than my actual BP. Body temp, or at least skin temp; too high almost to the point where I think my wrist is having a fever. I have a no-touch temp check device and a surface infrared temp device and they are accurate as they read within .2 of each other, this watch is not. I really like the look of this app vs say hband or dafit. But if you have darkmode on, its really hard to tell the difference in colors for example in the sleep information. Speaking of sleep; nope. I'm not sure how this watch (and for that matter, many others) compared to my galaxy and fitbit, but they can't read when you're actually awake in the middle of the night doing a quick bathroom run. Not only that, but this one reads in 24hr time and if you're not used to it, its annoying. Alarm just buzzes; no snooze? come on, that should be a thing. You should have this coded into the app where you can setup snooze, how long, what type of vibration. MorePro used to have intensity of the vibration increase over time. I get it, you get what you pay for but its wildly crazy how all the portions of the functions are off. Lastly, the steps; how do you not take gait into account. I get that if you move your wrist in certain ways it'll trigger a step. But when i'm walking, I see the counter offset with my steps vs fitbit and galaxy watch. But again, there is a big difference in cost for value for accuracy. if you want some general and generic measurements, something that can indicate something is off but not based on numbers, than this could work for you. Watch is comfortable and doesn't annoy when you're sleeping resting on your arm. On my wrist it slide easily compared to others unfortunately. Would be nice if the band had a tiny bit of stretch to it so it would hold in place.
