I can’t say one bad thing about this car part. My car is older but in great shape other than the driver side door handle that was “melting” and gross to touch. Had a small hand towel over it bc of this but then saw a random post on media channel about how others are having the same issue. There they gave this idea with the part model number. I went on amazon and found that there is a cover for this! Ordered. Fit exactly and am so please with it. The only thing I did was take a razor blade and shave off some of the slimeyness on the edge to clean up my door handle and trim some back bc it was gooey at the handle edge. After edge was cleaned off, which is not rrquired by the handle cover, I slipped it on over and in place and am sooo pleased someone made this part to fix my door hadle issue! Feels durable and looks great! Can’t even tell its on there. I dont feel the sticky of the original handle and was sooo easy just to slip in place!
