Samsung Active 3 tablet arrived in excellent condition and works great. Came with heavy duty case and pen.

The Galaxy Tab Active3 is a powerful and fast device — it performs like a pro, especially for a tablet released in 2020. Apps run smoothly, and it's great for both work and general use. One big plus: it still supports multiple user accounts, something Samsung removed from many newer tablets. My model also supports dual SIM cards, which is handy, but it doesn’t automatically switch to the best network like newer devices — you have to switch it manually. There are a few downsides. It's only 4G, not 5G, so it may feel a bit outdated in that area. Also, there’s an annoying software issue: even though I set Chrome as the default browser, when I open certain Samsung apps that launch the browser, it resets back to Samsung Internet. It’s a small thing but frustrating. Since I bought it under Amazon Renewed, it arrived with very outdated software. I had to do more than 10 updates to get it current. Also, the battery life is not great — it lasts about 4–5 hours under normal use. So if you're buying a renewed model, be prepared to spend some time updating everything and possibly another $30 on a new battery. Overall, the Tab Active3 is a capable and rugged tablet with some useful older features, but keep in mind it’s still a 2020 device — with both the strengths and limitations that come with that.

I have gotten 4 of these now for my autistic kids and I am happy with the speed and durability of them. Each of the refurbished ones have came with different stuff. First 2 came with the stock case and pen. The second 2 did not.. but I would still buy more and would recommend them to others with kids.

The only problem is that can't make calls but internet works good even if it is 3g

I paid $20 more for the “excellent condition” option but the case has a 4” long split along one seam. Not pleased. The actual tablet works fine. I don’t want to return the whole thing when only the protective case needs replacing, so I guess I will just buy a new case. Not such a great bargain after all.
