MoesGo WiFi Smart Light Switch Module - 1 Way/2 Way Multi-Control RF433 DIY Mini Module, Timer, Wireless Remote Control, Compatible With Smart Life/Tuya App, Alexa and Google Home

I have two of these controlling outdoor lights. Installed them in an IP box. Never had an issue they work really well. If using outside like me I would make sure the WiFi signal is decent. Pairing instructions a bit poor so to pair them I used the the Tuya smart app and connected to Alexa. Hold in the button until the the device starts beeping continuously (this is the same as flashing on other devices if you are familiar.) Make sure you have 5ghz WiFi disabled until after they are paired as with any smart device.

Bought three of these. Relatively easy to install and worked fine but were switching at random times. Online support were good but resetting the devices failed to cure the issue. They have refunded me for all three. I have since found another review on here saying the same. There is clearly an issue with these devices. I have bought two Shelly devices and these work faultlessly.

I have used two of MoesGo smart switches for over a year now and they work pretty much faultlessly. This current offering seems to have been upgraded as the set up process was much easier and once wired up I was up and running within seconds. Installation in my home was not without issues as the unit does not fit behind the light switch as seen in the promotional pictures and I have to wire it in above the ceiling rose, apart from that the instructions and set up were straight forward.

Was OK for a short while, even installed a booster to communicate with the unit. Then for some reason started to switch on and off randomly, although not set up in the app. Had to remove, as the unit operated when we were out of the house and stayed on for long periods and burnt out one of our lights .

I bought this in the hope that it I could connect to IFTTT so that I can control lights based on the outputs of various sensors, but it doesn't, I probably should have done a bit more research. Because of this, its uses are very limited for my purposes. Whilst I can control it via Alexa and the Smartlife app, it's quite basic and I already use smart plugs for the basic stuff which cost less than this item.

Installed and had this up and running in less than an hour. A couple days later and the switch would turn itself on in the middle of the night! Support tried their best but after resetting it several times , still the same issue. They sent a replacement and it worked perfectly so the original was definitely faulty! Excellent service and support

Ok, so this arrived about 2 hours ago, in that time, I’ve been up in the attic, figured out the wiring and got it fitted, paired it up and created my automations. We’ve a bathroom upstairs and the boy gets up in the night and leaves the lights on (6 spotlights) which is a bit annoying. So I figured I’d go down this route rather than swap all the bulbs for smart bulbs and have an auto off after x number of minutes if left in overnight. Fitting was pretty easy, only to figure out the internal wiring and where this should go, I positioned above the ceiling. Paired first time with the smart life app. This is a bit limited for what I need so I also linked that to Alexa and looped into the rest of my routines, but to get the automation I wanted I linked it to SmartThings which is much better for the more complex stuff, is a good alternative to IFTTT and is also a free app. All sorted in 2 hours.

I fitted this as a replacement of a light switch for garden lights. The product itself is good and easy to wire in however, it randomly switches on the garden lights. Not sure why as I can't see anything on smart life or Google home apps. Not really ideal for lights to be on all day whilst in work with no option to get a notification when the switch is on.

Ho installato questo interruttore smart all'esterno dell'abitazione e leggermente lontano dal segnale wifi, ma sta funzionando egregiamente anche con il segnale debole. Ho impostato l'accensioni delle luci al tramonto e lo spegnimento all'alba e a parte qualche caso isolato ha sempre funzionato tutto alla grande. La configurazione è stata effettuata attraverso l'app Smart life

Ho acquistato ben 9 rele’ e di questi 8 non sono funzionanti. Sia prima che dopo la configurazione continuano a dare segnali random che fanno accendere e spegnere le luci. Veramente deluso. Pessimo acquisto.

Köpte två stycken. Båda har samma problem. Tänder och släcker helt slumpmässigt flera gånger i minuten. Är bara ansluten till appen. Kommer att reklamera dessa!

L'appareil en quelque mois fait des allumages aléatoire. Même le mettant en paramètre d'usine. aucune programmation dans l'application Alexa comme dans Smart Life. Apparemment certain on déjà commenté cela. Aucune communication possible pour un éventuel SAV. Achat à éviter
