Good Quality and Smooth Performance
I’ve been using it for about 2 months now. The quality is really good — strong, sturdy, and well-built. The wheels roll very smoothly on the floor. Definitely worth the price. Highly recommend it!

The MRC Heavy Duty Chair Base is a solid, metal replacement that perfectly restored the stability of my office chair. The included nylon wheels roll smoothly, making this a worthwhile and robust upgrade for any failing chair stand.

DO NOT BUY
The base may look strong and sturdy due to its metal finish but don't fall for it. Welding quality is extremely poor and the slots where the caster wheels fit, broke within 2 months of usage. Since then repeated followups via mail, WhatsApp, call but no luck with actual replacement even though it was confirmed. You can clearly see from the photo and video, caster wheels aren't touching the floor uniformly. The chair has become wobbly, unstable and can't be moved freely. My strong recommendation - STRICTLY DO NOT BUY from MRC.
