how long are the pre-made sections of this concealer?

6 ft, but I bought 3 of them and cut up in 4 x 2, 3 x 3 and 5 x 1 some I'm good regardless of the door opening I might have to deal with.

Is it possible to purchase additional connectors separately?

I could not find them to purchase separately. Each 6 ft length comes with two, so if you buy 2 lengths, you will have 4 connectors, 2 more than you need to connect those two lengths.

How many cables fit into the track? Let's say will it fit one speaker cable and a 12 gauge powe cable?

Yes, this should accommodate those cords, however we do always suggest that you measure the diameter of your cords bundled and confirm that this size is correct for your needs, the inner channel for this cord cover measures 0.56" (W) x 0.31 (H).
